From the city sustainable to organic urbanism. Initially, proposals were based on a organicist anti-urban speech, contrary to the dominant ideas of speculative city. Therefore, forms near the sphere and the circle were not only adopted an architecture that sought to get closer to nature, as first proposed urban naturalist, the Garden Cities of Tomorrow (1898/1902) of Ebenezer Howard, also adopted in their diagrams and projects forms of networks circular, curvilinear strokes and radial axes with multiple cores building surrounded by green rings agriculture and forestry, as an attempt to balance the city and nature. In the tradition of anti-industrial urbanism, treaties Sitt Camillo (1889) and Patrick Gueddes (1915), proposed in medieval urban forms with organic and irregular streets and squares. From the late nineteenth century, proposals for organic architecture, city and territory were opposed to dominant theories based on the logic of industrial architecture and unlimited growth of cities at the expense of nature. In the late twentieth century, there was a consensus on the purpose of seeking some societies more sustainable, that ameliorate the negative environmental c onsequences ecological. To this was need to be aware that all the work is in a environmental space, and that each building should be construed as an organism that captures renewable energy and information it exchanges with the environment through its own porous system. The need for revitalization of several different characters existing spaces in contemporary cities is a reality. There are more and more green spaces in the city left to chance and forgetfulness, and others, who despite being experienced by the population, represent a huge expense for householders and therefore contributing to overall. Thus, focusing on the issue of green spaces unsustainable, this intervention aims to defend the need for an urban green space, with certain dimensions inherently elements need Additional particular, equipment buildings and other ephemeral nature, supporting the activities achievable in these spaces, in order to fix so people, making parks experienced, safe and desirable to its use and its enjoyment. Proposal on an urban scale: First core is proposed Museum of Ocean supported by trade and catering equipment, with an open plaza to the Park. According to the proposed core is a set of residential buildings with shopping, an office tower, a conference center and a hotel support. Third propose a core set of multifamily housing buildings. Fourth core is also proposed a set of residential buildings 2-3 floors, with green corridors that lead us to the park. Fifth core propose a new urban front, something utopian in part, that develops along the Avenue in order to emphasize the end of the city (the rational) and the beginning of nature (organic) This urban front behaves like a wall built that alternates between full and empty squares and its high and low buildings ... Finally, on the sixth core is proposed for a tea house ephemeral nature, along with a square of outdoor events, a metro station and a multipurpose equipment to support the Park

The multi-purpose build comprises:

1st. Foyer and exhibition area; 2nd. Small auditorium for lectures and workshops. 3rd. Bar restaurant with terrace; 4th. Rental zone of sports equipment and small boats sailing yachts, bikes, surfboards, windsurfing, among others; 5th. Showers and public lockers; 6th. Semi-public area for water sports in the pool, using seawater.
The support equipment: This equipment, as well as all the elements that I propose for the surrounding area aim to create and support a range of activities, not only in the Park Av as in Brazil and on the waterfront (such as sailing, surfing, among others), so the Park "works as a building" for the city. The park is now surrounded by "walls" in almost all its perimeter, and only recently with the intervention of the architect soles Morales is that this is replaced direct contact with the sea. However, this still does not exist contact with the Avenida da Boavista, in Matosinhos Sul, nor with the rising part of the park, where only There is a small entrance for the same. The proposed level of the Park range, undergoes retrain some areas, such as the enclosure of the old fair, some paving paths, so enable contemporary sports and removal of all obstacles to the park has with its surroundings, in order to enable the fruition of this securely, both night and day, making this definitely a part of the city of Porto. All my intervention at the level of equipment and buildings, is proposed for adjacent land outside the park, private land and those without any architectural quality left to oblivion and degradation.
