In a recent research interview with Tom Bearden regarding the MEG Project http://jnaudin.free.fr/meg/megv21.htm Dr. Bearden revealed, that Honeywell had been offered a buyout by General Electric. The Honeywell Board voted to accept the offer. G.E. moved that division of Honeywell across country. When the European Union complained about this to G.E., they immediately backed off, but not before they had already moved that section of Honeywell that had provided those special PowerLite™ C-Cores ( Honeywell ) manufactured with the METGLAS amorphous alloy used to make those http://www.metglas.com/products/page5_1_6_2_1.asp special cores to contain the "B" field needed to effectively operate the Motionless Electromagnetic Generator. Dr. Bearden explains: http://www.cheniere.org/correspondence/020504.htm

In a more recent (updated) interview with Tom Bearden regarding the MEG Project Dr. Bearden revealed that some years ago Honeywell had been offered a buyout by General Electric, after the Honeywell Division handling its special transformer cores had seen and tested the MEG at Huntsville Alabama and were interested in a cooperative endeavor with the MEG group. The Honeywell Board voted to accept the G.E. buyout offer. Apparently at G.E.'s suggestion, Honeywell then began the move across country of its Division handling the PowerLite™ C-cores used in the MEG. When the European Union then objected to G.E.'s forthcoming buyout of Honeywell as being against the European anti-monopoly laws, G.E. withdrew from its buyout offer and plans. But Honeywell had already initiated that move of its C-core division across the country. This was the division that handled and was supplying those highly dependable special PowerLite™ C-Cores used in the MEG. See http://www.metglas.com/products/page5_1_6_2_1.asp. The layered nanocrystalline core of the MEG transformer must localize the B-field within the core, and -just as in a well-known B-localizing toroidal coil -- this localization of the B-field inside the core results in the free appearance of a curl-free A-potential in space outside the core. This is the well-known AharonovBohm effect, documented in thousands of papers in the physics literature since 1959. So by the transformer core's localization of the B-field inside the core, extra EM energy appears in space outside the core in the form of that new A-potential. Then when the internally confined B-field in the transformer core is pulsed by the input coil's nonsinusoidal input signal pulse, a disturbance pulse also travels radially out of the core into that A-potential in surrounding space. By the common well-known

equation E = - dA/dt, this outward-traveling perturbation of the external A-potential produces an E-field pulse traveling back inward toward the core. So the pulsed B-confining MEG core will be receiving very numerous E-field energy pulses incoming from the externally perturbed A-potential, from the external space outside the transformer core. The result is the receipt and collection of additional E-field energy in the MEG output coil, so that -contrary to a normal secondary transformer coil where the current and voltage are about 90 degrees out of phase -- the MEG's secondary coil has its current and voltage almost in phase. Only a small percentage of such layered nanocrystalline transformer cores will perform the B-field localization and thus initiate the Aharonov-Bohm effect. The original Honeywell cores were very consistent; once one found a stock-numbered core that would perform B-localization, then other Honeywell cores one bought with the same stock number would also perform that B-localization. After the movement of that Honeywell core division, the division apparently changed the manufacturers it purchased the cores from, and one of their stock-numbered cores could no longer be depended upon to yield the Aharonov-Bohm effect necessary for COP>1.0 operation of the MEG.<>br> Then that division of Honeywell was sold off to a Japanese company, and any remaining "stock number repetition of the Aharonov-Bohm effect" vanished. Now one had to examine the individual core to see if it would perform the Aharonov-Bohm effect, and perform it well. This greatly impeded the work of the MEG group and dramatically increased the expense of their research materials. Now one might purchase and examine 20 or 30 cores before one could be found to do the AB effect and do it well.

Tom Bearden explains how and why the M.E.G. differs from a normal [regular] transformer. He explains the fundamental difference appropriate to the M.E.G. This is important because, it clarifies and substantiates several factors, i.e., the "B" field containment, and how the principle of using the special PowerLite™ C-Cores ( Honeywell ) actually does this. The explanation is actually done already (at more length) in my paper , "Engineering the Active Vacuum: On the Asymmetrical Aharonov-Bohm Effect and Magnetic Vector Potential A vs. Magnetic Field B" available at link http://www.cheniere.org/techpapers/On%20the%20Aharonov-Bohm %20Effect1.doc . That’s a definitive write-up (with drawings) which clearly reveals the way the MEG works, and what the free evocation of the Aharonov-Bohm effect actually does vis a vis (1) exciting the local vacuum, and (2) triggering that excited vacuum outside the MEG core to produce E-field energy pulses directed back toward the MEG core. The paper also contains some hard science references (more recently) that independently and experimentally prove that (a) nanocrystalline materials such as used in the MEG have been found to often produce the Aharonov-Bohm effect freely, and (b) layered crystalline materials such as used in the MEG have been found to often produce the Aharonov-Bohm effect freely. The drawings show clearly how, when the core materials and construction freely localizes the B-field (the curled component of the A-potential), then that leaves the uncurled A-potential extending out into surrounding space. The vacuum itself, with its energetic fluctuations and thus its incredible energy density, can be regarded as the "master vacuum potential"? (MVP). The MVP contains all other potentials as its components. So the AB process evoked freely by the MEG core adds additional energy outside the core in the form of the curl-free magnetic vector potential A. Consequently, that freely alters the MVP potential energy density of that local vacuum, in a specific and usable way (increase of the MVP’s uncurled A-potential energy density). Thus the free evocation of the AB effect by the core materials and construction, has freely excited its surrounding local vacuum. When one then perturbs the B-field localized in the MEG transformer core (e.g., by inputting a rectangular magnetic field wave to the input coil), one perturbs the uncurled A-potential inside the core and extending on out into the surrounding space. The standard little equation [E = - dA/dt] then applies. So as the perturbation of the curl-free A-potential proceeds from inside the core on into the surrounding part of itself outside the core, that perturbation outside generates an E-field energy pulse directed back into the MEG core due to the minus sign on the dA/dt. [E = - dA/dt] So from its surrounding space, the perturbed MEG core now receives excess E-field energy pulses traveling back into the core. All coils on the MEG (including the standard "input" coil) now become "input" coils for those received Efield energy pulses. Each coil so stimulated also radiates to all the rest, so that each also becomes an

"output" coil. This interaction creates a dense signal environment of E-field energy pulses. By (using a proprietary method) obtaining reasonable in-phase movement of those E-field pulses, one thus produces an excess E-field output of the MEG. Note that we said an excess E-field output!!! This results in another odd MEG phenomenon. Often the output signal of the "output" coil of the MEG has the current in the coil within 5 degrees of being in phase with the voltage. That’s remarkably different than any normal transformer. The total result is that the AB effect freely evoked by the nanocrystalline layered construction of the MEG core first freely excites its surrounding vacuum by an additional curl-free A-potential. Then the MEG’s operation perturbs that surrounding excited vacuum in a manner which causes that region to generate Efield energy pulses traveling back into the MEG core area. By a method of phase matching, most of these pulses become additively in phase, and thus they freely increase the voltage output of the MEG output coil in a manner that is nearly in phase with its current flow output. The result is that the MEG freely converts its transformer section, with its surrounding vacuum interaction, into a receiver not only for the operator’s input energy that he pays the external power company for, but also for excess free E-field energy received from its excited external vacuum. This converts the MEG into an asymmetric Maxwellian system, of the type that was arbitrarily discarded by Lorentz in 1892, and that is still arbitrarily discarded by present university EE departments, professors, and engineers. The MEG’s operation thus is analogous to that of a common home heat pump. The heat pump (and the MEG) both always have a thermodynamic efficiency less than 100%, so energy conservation always rigorously applies. However, both the heat pump (and the MEG) receive so much excess energy freely from their active environment that their coefficient of performance (COP) is COP>1.0. The common home heat pump usually has a COP = 3.0 to 4.0. The MEG’s COP depends on the manner and amount of disturbance of the external excited vacuum one employs. So it can range from COP = 2.0 to COP = 10 or even more. We tested one model to self-destruction at COP = about 100.

Nobelist Brian Josephson on his website has some remarkable material on the scientific community’s suppression of areas such as cold fusion, the paranormal phenomena research, and research into mind’s nature and effects. On that site, Daniel Drasin’s treatise gives a beautiful recipe and digest of how the "Skeptical Community" and its professional skeptics use propaganda to attack and suppress legitimate scientific work.

The link to get you into the section of his website that deals with such matters is http://www.tcm.phy.cam.ac.uk/~bdj10/ The section that contains Drasin’s beautiful expose of the debunkers and their methods: http://www.tcm.phy.cam.ac.uk/~bdj10/scepticism/drasin.html Josephson’s site is also directly pertinent to your interest in the mind and how to explain its nature and functioning. There is lots of very good material there, including on Nature’s campaign against cold fusion etc. [ Tom Bearden ]
