FLUSSO SCONTATO
For the design of the new town center of Rosolina Mare new buildings have been shaped, inspired by the shape and the direction of the sand dunes present in area . Much of the area has been devoted to an urban public park and the water tower has been redesigned, covering the top with perforated panels that evoke the movement of waves.
Location: Padova, ex military zone.
Cohousing
The project aims at the rehabilitation of the former military zone located in Padova which lies between the medieval city walls and the Porta Savonarola . The systematic conversion of the state property is through the construction of three areas; exhibition / commercial, university and cohousing.
Studenti:
Gruppo n°2 S
Location: Lido, Venezia.
Inside the existing military area, near the Mose it has been decided to place a center of attraction considering the territorial structure / architectural elements that make up the Lido North.

DISPOSIZIONE DELL’U.T.A.

The Violent Necessity For The Embodied Presence Of Hope
Jaša
Development of the external facades MDF making up the wrapper. (Open doors)
The project “Utter / The Violent Necessity for the Embodied Presence of Hope” focuses on three major themes − resistance, collaboration, and hope that are accomplished by a longterm coexistence of a group of artists within an architectural shell, the co-creation of repetitive performative actions, and the production of harmonic moments. The project involves a spatial installation in a given space, an architectural drawing as a reflection of thoughts, the integral experience of an artwork, a long-lasting performance as a reflection of the necessity of believing in change here and now.
Location: London, UK
The project focuses on a existing house extension and renovation. A new roof has been done as well as all the fixtures. The house is a private property located in South-West London.

London Floating Pocket Park.
The 730 sqm park provide a green “oasis of public space on the canal. Is divided into three areas: an events and installations venue with a pergola, an common main area and a floating reserve for wildfowl. The main area has lawns, multi-stemmed Tibetan cherry trees, borders for flowers such as irises and alliums in spring and summer and scented flowering shrubs in winter as well as seating and walkways over the water.

Location: John Lewis, 300 Oxford Street, London.
The 200 real living pine trees covered at the base by material present in the undergrowth such as bark and branches, have been arranged in various irregular groups to allow for a different view from every angle, but a continuousness of similar elements. The strongest contrasting element is the view from the roof (we are on the 6th floor) with, by choice, must not result the key determinant of the project.

Location: Regents Place, London.
“Using Origami shapes and Pop Colour we devised a series of seating, planters and combi planter seating throughout the space. Working carefully to avoid causing congestion we looked at the impact the scheme would have from all view pointsr. Low maintenance plants were chosen for bold leaf colour and we clad the planter units in hard wearing, colourful artificial turf to encourage people to look, touch and feel the installation.

This garden comes as an expansion of the house. The kitchen & living room area are “connected to the garden through brick paving which lies right behind a big window screen. On customer request, a trampoline fits in this small area. If not required in the future, this can then be designed to become a decking platform. The floating bench is also designed as a feature, enlightened from below it gives you the idea of continuity above the brick step. Reinforcement mesh

With panoramic views taking in some of London’s most significant landmarks, the owner of this roof terrace asked for a stylish garden that did not detract from its backdrop. The client wanted feature planting with subtle accent lighting, a barbecue area and social spaces. A report on the suitability of construction materials had to be approved by the surveyor before work could commence.

Location: Chelsea Flower Show, London. Year: 2018
The garden is designed with water conservation and environmentally considerate landscaping in mind, as well as a planting scheme that deflects and processes pollution. Chipped bricks have been used under the seating area, the colour beneath the glaze intentionally weathered to tie in with the copper accents of the garden Cast iron grates in the floor allow rainwater to cascade through into a trough below – filtering the water through to the flower beds.

The central rainfall pavilion shows the essential cycle of water that we all rely on to live and grow. A blooming flower meadow is a miniature version of Thames Water’s sprawling urban wetlands. The garden contains three main planting areas: drought-tolerant with Eryngium giganteum and Agave americana; moisture-loving featuring Caltha palustris and Lythrum salicaria; and nectar rich wildflowers with bug and bird boxes set among woodland trees to encourage wildlife.
