Leah’s path to real estate began as a potential homeowner. After a particularly challenging experience of losing (hard-earned) money on her first deal, she realized not all agents and attorneys are equal or act with the clients’ best interests in mind. Leah’s passion about doing the right thing for others in real estate was ignited, with her first step becoming an appraiser. Since then she’s worked tirelessly to uphold high standards, educating her clients throughout the entire process in the purchase or sale of a home.
This level of care has led to not only fiercely loyal clientele, but a highly decorated real estate career. Since 2005, she has been a consistent top producer island-wide, receiving multiple “top-ten ranked” industry awards, including LIBOR’s Top 20 Realtors Under 40 for 2014. Now with Daniel Gale International Realty, Leah is a Gold Circle of Excellence recipient three years in a row, the company’s highest honor. She was also ranked #9 among agents companywide in 2021, and again in the top 10 for 2022.
Leah’s work has also reached an enviable level of widespread recognition. The National Association of Professional Women honored Leah for showing Outstanding Excellence and Dedication to Her Profession, and she is the only NYS realtor to graduate from the Land Use Leadership Alliance at Touro Law School and Pace University. She has also been featured in numerous episodes of HGTV’s Island Life.
Leah immerses herself in the island lifestyle as a resident of Long Beach for 25-plusyears where she works, plays, and raises her family along with her husband James, her supportive and loving partner. She is involved in numerous organizations across the barrier island. She is the founding member of the Long Beach BNI, Lido School District PTA copresident, and is the first woman president of the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce.
