Lowell’s latest achievement was being named Long Island’s Young Professional’s Top 30 Under 30 2024 Honoree.

His achievements are a testament to his exceptional and unprecedented level of commitment to the service of his clients. Lowell has served as a Grievance Committee member as well as a Board of Director and treasurer for the Nassau North Shore Chapter from 2017 to 2020. He currently sits on Professional Standards for Long Island Board of Realtors & is the Secretary of Long Island Board of Realtors Young Professional Network. Lowell’s dedication, work ethic, and people skills, combined with his outstanding marketing capabilities and commitment to serving his clients’ interests, continuously exceed his clients’ expectations. In recent years, he has served international clients, CEOs, high-profile celebrities, and individuals who simply wish for a prompt and beneficial real estate transaction. He understands the importance of advantageous property presentation, staging, and decor and never ceases to work tirelessly alongside his clients to ensure they obtain the best possible outcome and have the smoothest transaction possible. Having earned a colligate degree in business finance along with his social media expertise, Lowell excels at getting the job done quickly and efficiently. Lowell’s love for and knowledge of the North Shore are second to none. He has developed a very strong referral base, which can be attributed to his knowledge, professionalism, energy, negotiation skills, and genuine in-depth awareness of the constantly changing real estate market. Having an ongoing out-of-state referral business as well, after closing, Lowell makes it a point to travel to the offices to meet and thank the agents who have successfully accommodated his clients’ referrals. When not working diligently with his clients, Lowell gives his time freely to many organizations, which include an equestrian center in Old Westbury, whose mission is to improve the lives of individuals with special needs through facilitated activities with horses. He was fortunate to have grown up with a family in the horse racing business and enjoys spending time at his family’s 15-acre equestrian compound in the Pine Bush region of Upstate New York. Health and fitness are also some of his passions. He has been playing tennis and committed to boxing and mixed martial arts since he was a young boy. Much of his time is also spent on Long Island’s beautiful east end. Lowell has also been lucky enough to have traveled the world and visited some of the biggest cities on the globe, always being sure to take time to stop and enjoy the local real estate. If you ask him to name his favorite place in the world, he will always say, without hesitation, “Long Island, of course!”
