Having a love for homes and design, Karen Sharf began her Real Estate career 25+ years ago in NYC. At that time, Karen also learned that she had a talent for matching customers with their dream homes. Be it a Manhattan apartment, a luxury brownstone, a suburban home, or a country manor, the union of buyers and sellers has and always will be a thrill for Karen. Known for spotting unique and quality homes and investments in every price range, Karen has developed a strong customer and client base. People know that when they come to Karen to buy or sell their homes, they will receive top-level service, years of insight and knowledge of the North Shore market, and a true enthusiasm for finding or selling homes.
Over the years, Karen has also been involved in many development projects, such as land purchases, subdivisions, and home restoration. This experience has made her a very diverse broker, knowledgeable in a multitude of areas that can only benefit her clientele in the buying and selling of properties. Beyond Karen’s residential sales and management capabilities, her skills and talents have enabled her to oversee several large development projects throughout Long Island. From development, branding, creating marketing plans and strategies, and building highly successful sales teams. Developers, builders, and investors have looked for her guidance and leadership to spearhead their projects. After eight years of managing the Wheatley Plaza office, Karen has recently transitioned into her new role as a Luxury Property Specialist. Under her direction and guidance, Wheatley has become one of the company’s most successful locations. From developing agent talent, helping to strategically price and market homes, to working with her own portfolio of clients and customers, Karen is a seasoned professional with a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of Real Estate.
