We have a team of professionals who are experienced with all aspects of the relocation process. We can assist transferees with all phases of the relocation, including area tours of potential communities, home finding assistance, rental assistance and selling their current home. We are here to support the employees and their relocation goals.
Our relocation team leader, Jodi Biernacki, CRP, works with our relocation agents every step of the way to ensure the smoothest real estate experience possible.

Services
Selling A Home
We recognize that each property is unique. We offer a tailor-made strategy to market the home for maximum exposure with high-quality, engaging content across all platforms. Our goal is your goal: To sell the home for the highest price in the shortest time frame.
Buying A Home
Our Relocation department will perform a needs assessment ensuring the needs and wants of the employee are identified before their search begins. We will then match the buyer with a relocation trained real estate advisor who is an expert in the local markets. The agent will provide the employee with information to make an informed real estate decision and they will be committed to being their advocate throughout the home buying journey.
Rental Assistance
We have a team of trained rental specialists to provide rental assistance for transferring employees moving into our market area.
Our Relocation department will be the first point of contact. We will perform a needs assessment ensuring the needs and wants of the employee are identified before their search begins. The rental specialist will provide information about the different communities, property availability and assist in finding a suitable property to rent once the employee is ready.
In some of our markets the tenant pays the Broker’s fee. The Broker is paid once a lease is signed. Fees vary from 1 month’s rent or a % of the annual rent. Broker fees are not set by state law and are negotiable.
Area Tours
We offer area tours to help familiarize transferees and recruits with the different communities they are considering, which enables them to make an informed decision when determining which unique community best meets their needs.
½ Day Tour: $400 | Full Day Tour: $800
Additional Services
Through our relationships with mortgage, title and moving companies we can introduce the transferee to our trusted partners.
There are many details that you need to take care of as you move out of a familiar environment and into a new community. Our moving check list will be provided to each employee to help them stay on target from contract to closing.
