The best camera is the one that's with you. For me, most often I find my iPhone in my pocket when I need it. The iPhone has organized my life and helps me through daily activities from the time it wakes me up in the morning. On the long list of things the iPhone can do is my favorite, the camera. I did not pick up on the convenience of the iPhone's camera right away. I had been carrying it around for months before I realized what I had been missing out on. The $2.00 camera that is built into the iPhone became just what I needed as a new photojournalist, a way to see differentially. The iPhone's camera is not without its flaws. It comes nothing close to the perfection that is my beloved Canon 5D Mark II. It doesn't expose well, shoot at a fast enough shutter speed or take the picture when you press the button, but at the end of the day it still makes photographs and that's all that matters.
