This is a contracted design and build project, the goal of the project is to build Pedestrian mall in the landmark of Changzhou, the client requested to design it in Ancient Jiangnan Style architecture. According to the culture and history of CHangzhou, we approached The Dragon concept and developed the master layout planning for commercial circulation.

I participated in this project for 80% work of schematic design and detail design, I fitted in the project after the concept presentation and start co-operated in schematic design. In this project we have 3 members included me in a team and worked for 8 months from schematic design to detail design, I handled with all the 3D models, plans, elevation, and section drawing in detail design stage. Currently me, contractors and consultants is still under following various issues in the construction process.

NETEASE SANYA (HAITANG BAY, SANYA, CHINA)

This is a Concept Design competition project in Sanya, China. The project has built and it’s a bare shell building, the goal is to new develop as a scientific Research Centre and Residential complex. I participated this project since the brief received from the client in the beginning and developed the Concept presentation with team in 6 members included me. My role was aim to handled site analysis, 3D modelling, concept design and facade design.

The design concept of the project is The Portal, a fairy tale for adults, a quiet spiritual space and linkage to the future; meanwhile, it is a passage of architecture and a framework for entering the spiritual realm. People are placed in this transitional space, to stimulate perception and the time, from city to ocean, from reality to fantasy, from present to future. We are here for spiritual exchange and dialogue, feeling empathy and embracing creativity, each of us is a wave and “We” are the ocean.

This is a commercial complex design and build project, the main design scioe of the project plots-C3 and C23 surrounded by waterscape and green landscape on the northeast side of Sino_ Europe International City. As the waterscape on the plot is a very important element on the plot, while designing C3 and C23, the central waterscape and C2 and C22 will aloso be considered plots for the design project.

The goal of the master planning and design is to achieve an integrated connection, forming a huge spatial sequence with the surrounding lakefront area and the central axis. This project is the core area around the lake. It is planned to guide the surrounding plots from the center of the lake in the form of radial lines, forming a strong urban netowrk.

My role of this project is handle 3D modelling, post production and co-operated with team members for 2D plan, elevation, section in the schematic design stage.

BEIJING SHUANGHE HOMESTEAD (CHAOYANG, BEIJING, CHINA) BEIJING CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING GROUP

This is a contracted project of Facade Design and Layout Plan rearrangement. the project currently is a bare shell building, the client emptied the building for years and going to renovate for retails purpose. The goal of the project are entrance, facade, lighting and advertisment design.

I participated this project in 100% works, my role in the project handled all presentation slices, facade and material design and 2D details drawing for all stages. This project is under construction, I communicated with LDI, client and various of consultants and contractors.

The client wish to break the status quo of lack of consumption environment, and strive to create a leading living complex. For the needs of comfortable and convenient living, the southwest entrance hopes to make commercial atmosphere and vibes with the landscape space, switching indoor and outdoor entrainment linkage between parent-child and consumers for interactive space.

I participated this project 100%, my role in the project is handle the whole presentation, 3D modelling, 2D details drawing, site analysis and communicate with various party of constractor, consultant and client.

This is a contracted design and build project, the goal of this project is a open museum for public, exhibit for more than 60 fossils that living for billion years. In the project mainly design and build various furnitures, totem and rearrange spatial for zoning.

In this project I participated the 3D modelling and various of 2D details drawing, and mainly all administrative document preparation in internal meeting.
