Your perspective drives your fulfillment. Happiness, hope, challenges… everything in life depends on how you look at it.

Behind every choice is a belief. When we choose to believe that there’s divine purpose in everything that happens, then every circumstance expands us. We turn it all into insight and creativity instead of getting stuck in resentments.

When we believe our Soul is rooting for us, we meet the gritty challenges with more grace.

When we trust that the Divine has a bigger plan, we make better life plans.

Commitment is a powerful force—so what exactly are we committed to? Who we are becoming is more important than what we’re accumulating. If we’re not devoted to higher principles, we might chase meaningless gains. Deeper devotion gives us clear vision.

+ Higher guidance and healing energies come from the Heart Space— the seat of the Soul.

+ Spiritual practices strengthen our connection to the Heart Space. We’re building inner bridges to higher realms—making pathways for more consciousness to flow into us.

VISION

WHAT AM I CREATING?

Attunement before attainment. Truly beneficial goals flow from our devotion to Soul + service. Heart first, then strategy. When we reach Heart Centered goals, there’s fullness, brightness—not emptiness and depletion.

Heart Centered visions + goals are:

+ Less about striving and proving, and more about exploration + expression.

+ Steered by our healed self, not the approval-seeking part of us.

+ Inclusive—they take into consideration the potential benefit or harm to others.

+ Focused but not overly attached to the outcome. Whether we reach the goal or not, we’re grateful for the growth.

HOW WILL I MANIFEST MY IDEALS?

Each of us is manifesting all of the time. Manifesting is a metaphysical technology that we can learn to use to become more conscious creators.

+ It’s physics: Energy follows thought. Higher quality thinking raises the quality of our life experience.

+ Use your freewill to choose more nourishing thoughts more of the time.

CREATION

+ Our creative power increases when our speech + actions are directed by nourishing (not destructive) thoughts.

+ When we get in sync with the natural rhythms of the Earth + planets, productivity gets an energy boost, and rest is more effective.

2. THE VISION BUILDER is a holistic approach to visioning + goal setting. It’s designed for accelerated growth without the burnout. It is a great way to start your year or a new life chapter. It’s a simple, beautiful process that helps us live in the present moment while envisioning our IDEAL LIFE. You may want to take your time with this one. It’s meant to be sacred. The vision you create should flow into THE HEART CENTERED MANIFESTING PRACTICE and KEY ACTIONS for the coming year.

DARK OF THE MOON, also referred to as Kalika Moon (in ancient Hindu), is the 24-hours before the New Moon. Long considered the most potent time of the month to re-discover and willingly allow shadow aspects to surface, it’s an ideal time to cleanse and purify away old energies. It’s an opportunity to be loving with the crunchy stuff so it can be transformed, and you move forward, lighter.

ECLIPSES symbolize growth, expansion, and moving away from narrow-mindedness to a more inclusive collective. Eclipses reveal old narratives, stories, perceptions, and outdated belief structures, and bring stagnancy to the surface to be seen more clearly and dealt with consciously. Release, readjust, realign, and move into a more spacious, inclusive way of thinking and being.

MERCURY RETROGRADES

occur

3 to 4 times a year and last about three weeks. This transit gives the perception of Mercury— the planet that rules communication (technology + travel included)—going “backward.” While not an ideal time to officially launch new endeavours or make important purchases, it is an excellent time to go inward, slow down, and intentionally reorganize, purge, reassess, and respond to things that come up from the past. Retreat and deepen your devotional practices.

There’s a shadow period before and after a retrograde—like a ramp-up and a hangover. It’s wise to treat that pre-shadow and post-shadow time as part of the retrograde period.

EQUINOXES (Spring + Fall) are a time come into more balance with our yin + yang energies. Think about how you can pour your inner light into your relationships with everyone and everything around you. It’s from that balancing that so much of our shadow dissolves, and divisiveness in relationships melts away.

SOLSTICES (Summer + Winter) are the year’s longest and shortest days. A time to go inward and contemplate our Divinity and the nature of impermanence. This sacred time helps us get closer to the Light within us—the magnetic self that knows no boundaries.

METAPHYSICS OF THE DAYS OF THE WEEK

Every day of the week is governed by a planetary energy, so each day has its own vibration. Ideally, we flow with that energy instead of resisting it.

One way to create more flow could be to pair a Life Area with a day of the week. Then tasks, research, shopping, organizing, connecting, check-ins get focused on that Life Area.

More grace, less grind.

SUNDAY is ruled by the Sun, Solar Nature, Soul, Christ Consciousness/Buddha Nature. It brings the energy of all inclusiveness—Divine Love. Energetically speaking, Sundays are the first day of the week. Sundays are ideal for devotion, restoration, and preparation.

LIFE AREA pairing: SPIRIT. Meditation + Visualization. Prayer. Ritual. Breathwork. Reflection. Journaling.

MONDAY is ruled by the Moon, lunar force. Shadow energies (the unconscious) can abound, so it can be a more emotional, watery-feeling day for some people. Mondays call for patience and mindfulness.

LIFE AREA pairing: BODY. Nutrition. Movement. Rest. Supplements + Medicine. Sex + Sensuality. Healing modalities.

TUESDAY is ruled by Mars, a planet of ambition and passion. Mars energy can be aggressive, combative, and confrontational. It may not be the ideal day to launch new ideas or projects. Tuesdays are good for creation and execution.

LIFE AREA pairing: LIVELIHOOD. Work. Finances. Leadership. Education. Service.

WEDNESDAY is ruled by Mercury. This energy is ideal for broader communication of ideas, thoughts, and experiences. There’s more fluidity in how things can be disseminated. Wednesdays are excellent for sharing ideas and wisdom.

THURSDAY is ruled by Jupiter, so it’s considered to be a day of abundance, luck, determination, vastness, and selflessness. Thursdays are for expanding, teaching, and reaching out.

FRIDAY is ruled by Venus which governs Higher consciousness energy and helps us to embrace all polarities in the Heart. It’s a very transpersonal and selfless energy. Creativity abounds. Fridays are for ideation, creation, and deeper connection.

SATURDAY is ruled by Saturn which looks after karma, rigidity/structure, and teaching us lessons. Perhaps it’s best not to launch projects or new ideas on this day. From a metaphysical perspective, virtues are qualities of consciousness and healing energies. Each is an expression of Divine Love—the mama of all virtues. Envision Divine Love as a brilliant sun. (BTW, this is our True Nature!) The rays emanating from that sun are unique virtues: Compassion, Resilience, Patience, Courage, Generosity….

That Light is always shining on us. Our job is to remove blocks to that Light—fear, greed, selfishness, all kinds of hang-ups. That’s what spiritual practice is for, building bridges to our Soul Light.

As we make moves to embody Loving Kindness, beauty, Resilience and other virtues, the densities in our energy field begin to dissolve. Then, we can relax in the full warmth of Divine Love and all its nourishing energy.

To become more virtuous is to embody Soul Qualities…to realize your True Nature… to show up as Love in the world.

Vices are faux virtues. A virtue twisted and used for emotional manipulation becomes a vice.

12 SOUL QUALITIES

DIVINE LOVE is the ultimate inclusiveness. Divine Love is the vast Heart Space where everything and everyone is accepted as is—the Light and the shadows. Unconditional. Neutralizes polarization. Spacious. Honouring. Unity consciousness. We are all from the Source of Divine Love and are here to return to awareness of Divine Love as our true identity.

COMPASSION is Mercy + Courage + Oneness Awareness. Compassion is the wish for all beings, no matter their actions, to be free of suffering and the causes of suffering. Compassion dissolves judgment into Love and division into interconnectedness.

WISDOM is the inner Light that sees how everything and everyone is connected. It comes from the Soul, not the intellect. It always looks for commonalities and how to bring together people and energies. If an idea doesn’t consider the benefit of everyone involved, it’s unwise. Wisdom always leads to universal Truth.

FORGIVING is the Heart’s natural inclination. The Soul will always guide you to Forgive. Forgiveness restores Divine Order, it brings us home to our True Nature—Love. We dissolve the grievance with Love and healing occurs—and that’s the deep exhale we feel when we Forgive ourselves and others. The Heart is for…giving.

RESILIENCE is our ability to respond from the Heart’s intelligence. It’s not about armouring up, over calculation or enduring more suffering—it’s about adaptability. This responsive energy propels us forward in big ways. When an event occurs, we don’t push against it; we embrace and trust its purpose—we meet it with Love. From that expanded way, we can clearly see and make the next best move. We bend so we don’t break.

RADIANCE is our suffering alchemized into Light. It happens like this: The ego dissolves, which makes way for Soul Light to pour into us. Then we begin to reflect that Light! Radiance is the result of all the experiences that burn away our false sense of self and obstacles. And we become more aware of our True Self: Radiant.

JOY is the experience of pure Life Force, prana, moving through us. It’s pulsing even when darker, shadowy emotions surface—we can conduct the energy of Joy and simultaneously process denser energies. Not to be mistaken with the emotion of happiness, Joy is foundational, eternal, spacious. We often get to Joy by way of clearing up limiting beliefs and misidentifications…tapping into our True Nature.

ACCEPTANCE is the ultimate openness. Instead of denial or rejection—which are such draining distractions, all things are brought into the Heart Space. Then we can give up the projections we put on the world about who’s angrier, brighter or righter. Acceptance is so counterculture that it upends toxic patriarchy, the matrix, and epidemics of self-doubt. It’s a fortitude of the Heart.

LOVING KINDNESS is unconditional friendliness. We use our Free Will to use our True Nature. It’s the decision to Love. Benevolence. Warm, luminous. While Divine Love is the magnificent, sweepingly inclusive state of consciousness, Loving Kindness is more like a distillation of Love: it cares very specifically about our hardships. Divine Love says, Rise! You are the Eternal Light! Loving Kindness asks, Need a hug? Loving Kindness meets the situation without judgment, without criticism, and without cynicism.

FAITH is believing that the Light exists, even when it’s dark. It’s required for all shifts to occur. Faith is a way of walking through life with a Thy will be done orientation. It’s a state of surrender to Higher Guidance—versus having an attachment to a certain outcome. Faith is the foundation for HEART CENTERED MANIFESTING—it’s the track on which we place our vision, and the energy of Faith vitalizes our visions.

GRATITUDE is the most direct route to presence and inner strength. It’s a high vibe coping tool, a solvent for low-frequency emotions. It interrupts anxiety and anger. It’s one of the most universally-mentioned practices in ancient spiritual teachings. It’s a generative, creative force: Gratitude attracts more reasons to be grateful.

GENEROSITY is the capacity to realize our interconnectedness. It throws its arms around everyone, particularly those who facilitate our healing—by being helpful and challenging. It extends in all directions, overlooking strife, family politics, and selfishness. You can’t do greed and Generosity simultaneously—it’s one or the other. Generosity comes from Divine Love, without setting itself above anyone. It zaps pettiness and grievances in a flash. It opens us up to the evolutionary force of Life. It heals the ego.

You think you need an architect, but you are already a temple.

INVENTORY. Make a big, juicy list of all the ways you’re trying to heal, improve, better yourself. Pro-tip: keep your mind soft and non-judgmental while you’re doing this. What are you practicing, participating in, paying for, attending?

1. RELATING. Describe your relationship to some of those practices/programs. Perhaps make a note of costs and convenience.

2. NOURISHING. Put a next to everything on your list that feels nourishing + useful. Things you look forward to. They create some ease + grace—even if it’s not always easy to show up for them. These practices build your vibrancy + strength and help you feel grounded.

3. DRAINING. Put an next to things that feel draining or distracting. Maybe they come from a place of proving or earning. What feels too taxing, not fun, obligatory, perhaps too expensive…

4. IN QUESTION. Put a next to what’s up for debate from your entire list. Maybe some activities or practices have both pros + cons.

5. FILTER. Ask a few clarifying questions. Who taught you this practice/program, and how’d you first connect with it? When do you turn to this? Does this help you balance your nervous system? Do you feel more loving + gentle as a result? What are the wellness results you’re experiencing?

6. PHASE OUT. Choose what to let go of. What do you want to stop immediately? What will you see through to completion and move on? What will you phase out over time?

7. CONTINUE. What will you carry on with? You’re learning, exploring, it may prove helpful…

8. DEEPEN. What will you deepen your commitment to? It’s bringing you inner and outer vibrancy + strength—the results you want. How do you bring greater attention to it, take it to the next level…

HOW TO CREATE NOURISHING THOUGHTS to

The purpose of Heart Centered thinking is to make our unconscious thoughts conscious and to raise the vibration of our thoughts so we create more ease and health in our lives—and the lives of others.

This is a beautiful form of mind re-training: Observe our thoughts without judgment. When we notice a heavy thought passing through, just acknowledge its presence and replace it with a more nourishing, loving thought. “Loving” in this context means a more inclusive, compassionate thought. So, the thought itself creates more expansion and less contraction.

THE BASIC PRACTICE

1. NOTICE your thought(s)—positive or negative.

2. ASK, what might happen if I allow this thought to continue?

3. CHOOSE a more nourishing thought if need be.

NOURISHING THOUGHTS

+ Are life-affirming, encouraging, supportive, inclusive, compassionate, harmless, and kind.

+ Should feel plausible and true to you.

+ Can be your own wording that feels true or drawn from others’ wisdom.

+ Help you feel more Heart Centered when you think or speak it.

+ Might be the antidote to toxic scripts we’ve had on repeat.

+ Are not generated by the ego-personality or fear, are not reactionary or rebellious; hostile, unsupportive, venomous.

ENERGY FOLLOWS THOUGHT. So what’s the energy of the thoughts we’re thinking?

“If our thoughts are of an exalted nature, always inclusive, loving, co-operating, forgiving— generating Soul Qualities, then the frequencies in our aura will be of a higher, more refined nature. This practice provides a holistic approach to visioning + goal setting. Heart intelligence isn’t bound by past narratives or conventional definitions of what’s possible “in real time.” It operates meta -physically. Heart wisdom holds multiple perspectives and sees the most beneficial way forward.

Beliefs and thoughts that are generated by the Heart (not by fear) are a vibrational match for ideal future outcomes. And when we’re in heart coherence, we work towards our ideals in a healthy way.

“Anything is possible” is a statement about the vastness of the universe. The field of possibility contains both positive and negative scenarios. With so many options, simplicity is key. And this is how simplicity becomes a spiritual practice: we focus on what truly matters— becoming more conscious creators.

Heart Centered life visions are personal and transpersonal. We stay receptive to Higher Guidance and take radical responsibility for our actions.

Helps us live in the present moment… while visioning from an expanded point of view… then diligently nurturing those visions… always aware that our Soul’s karma is in effect… and that the world is under rapid renovation… we know that anything is possible… so we plan for the best… and stay flexible… because whatever the outcome, we grow.

PERSPECTIVE

2. LOOK 5 YEARS INTO THE FUTURE. Ask your Soul to show you what your successful life looks + feels like 5 years ahead. Happy, healthy, blessed with ease. You may not recognize yourself. It may seem impossible. You may have already dreamed this dream. Breathe into your heart to sense the expansiveness. Whatever the vision is, you are happy, healthy, blessed with ease.

Describe your IDEAL LIFE 5 years into the future. An important distinction: This is not a 5-year plan. You’re not thinking, “What can I accomplish in the next 5 years?” You’re thinking meta-physically. Expansion. Blessings. Abundance. Vitality. Magnificence. Goodwill. Joy. Ideal… 5 years from now.

3. BEND TIME. Take that 5 year IDEAL LIFE vision and see it happening 1 year from now. Because why not?! Pull in the workable parts. Expanded thinking expands what’s possible.

4. GET SPECIFIC. Refer to the Life Areas for inspiration and describe how your IDEAL LIFE looks + feels.

5. SET INTENTIONS. My IDEAL LIFE inspires me to:

+ BE DEVOTED. What Soul Qualities am I embodying? What energy am I bringing to my life?

+ BLESS + RELEASE. What will I let go of or stop doing?

+ HAVE. Is there anything I need to acquire, own, or experience in order to create my ideal life?

+ THINK NOURISHING THOUGHTS. What thoughts are a vibrational match for my ideal life?

+ DO. What will I focus on strengthening for my ideal life?

+ CONNECT. Who can help me actualize my ideal life?

CREATION. HOW WILL I MANIFEST MY IDEALS?

When we plan to use our fulfillment to also benefit others, we increase our success. The universe supports goodwill because it’s the natural order of things.

+ CONNECT. Consider your IDEAL LIFE from the VISION BUILDER and ask this beautiful question: How might this benefit or harm others? Adjust accordingly. Okay, let’s make good things happen…

+ BUILD IT. Create 2 or 3 vignettes—like movie scenes—of your IDEAL LIFE.

+ Visualize the fulfillment of what you want—a completion scenario. For example, if you want to win a race, you wouldn’t visualize training, you’d see yourself getting the medal. It’s a punctuated moment that sums up your success.

+ Take the time to perfect your vignettes so they’re what you really want. Once you start visualizing regularly, you don’t want to change it up too much. That’d be like switching your restaurant order a bunch of times—it can create confusion in the kitchen. Refine what’s going into your mind and then play it on repeat.

+ Create vignettes for more than one part of your life. For example, one vignette could focus on your LIVELIHOOD. Another could be for your BODY and wellness. One visual could be about RELATIONSHIPS. Others could be less personal, a scene of happiness in your neighborhood, flowing clean rivers…

+ Be consistent. Doing this visualization for 21 minutes a day is like dream fertilizer. Super devoted? Do this daily for nine months to a year.

THE PRACTICE. Senses-energies-colours-thanks-release-thanks

1. INVOCATION. Call in higher guidance. [Dedication of Merit + Invocation are in the back of the planner.]

2. SEE IT IN YOUR HEART as if there’s a projection screen in your heart chakra.

3. ENGAGE YOUR SENSES. See, smell, hear what’s in the vision. Where are you, who are you with? What’s the quality of light, atmosphere, sounds?

4. ADD ENERGY. Breathe Soul Qualities through your heart as you’re visualizing. Pour on the energy! Divine Love. Generosity. Radiance. Gratitude. Joy etc…

5. ADD LIGHT. Infuse each vision with light-hued colour frequencies: soft pinks + white light + translucent golds.

6. GIVE THANKS for the realization of that vision! Then repeat the process for your other scenes.

7. RELEASE IT. Release all of your visions into the sky until they fully disappear from your sight.

8. GIVE MORE THANKS to the Higher Beings helping you manifest!

Now let your Faith handle it. There is no need to obsess or tug at it. You focus on Heart Centered living + leadership, and Creation will take care of the rest.

THE WRITE + BURN RITUAL Energy cleansing…

You can practice reflective writing in the 24 hours before the New Moon and on the day of the Full Moon. This is a beautiful way to dissolve emotional blocks and bring Love to the shadow self. You may see new answers if you work with the same questions repeatedly. Repetition helps us go deeper sometimes. Ideally, we do this practice at night.

THE PRACTICE

1. Write for 21+ minutes on the following questions—or whatever you’d like to bless + release—using a lead pencil.

2. Burn safely, or tear into tiny pieces and dispose.

3. Important: Follow up with a salt bath, shower, or ocean swim ASAP to cleanse the residue from your energy field.

THE QUESTIONS

+ What emotions am I experiencing currently? List.

+ Which emotion is the most intense? Name.

+ Is this emotion associated with a recent memory? Explore.

+ Now, go as far back as you can down Memory Lane, and visualize a scenario that you experienced with this same intense emotion as a young child. Explore this space. Go deep.

+ What lessons can I learn from this emotion and experience?

HEART CENTERED ALTAR a dedicated space for increasing sacred energies…

INTENTION. A Heart Centered Altar is an act of gratitude to Life. It brings your attention to your Divinity within. Over time, the more you work with this space, the more energized it becomes—soaked with your intention and blessings.

AREA. Living + dining room, sunroom, office/work/creative space. Not ideal: bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, basement.

STRUCTURE. Create a round base with a platter, paper/fabric, a circular placemat, a circle painted on a surface, even a hula hoop if you have a big area. Divide the circle into quarters (as if drawing a horizontal + vertical line thru it.) To represent the elements, place (in any quadrant you like) Fire = candle. Water = glass of water. Air = incense. Earth = plant or flowers. NOTE: Put sand or rice in a container and stick in incense. Keep 3, 4, or 7 incense sticks in the container. Light one at a time if you don’t want too much smoke or keep them unlit.

ITEMS. Statuettes, images of Higher Beings, deities, saints—whoever you connect with. Sacred geometry symbols. Photos of loved ones (this includes yourself!), friends, partners, family, kiddos, pets—anyone who makes you light up when you connect with them. Objects of devotion, items from nature. Written prayers, mantras, sacred words. Images of a harmonious world.

MAINTENANCE. Sundays are a great day for altar tending. Dust. Refresh the water and flowers. Sage, spray with essential oils if you like. If possible, do your meditation or prayer practice by your altar. Let it be still. We don’t want to add or subtract objects constantly— let the energy build momentum. The best times to edit/add to your altar are during a New Moon, Equinox, or a Solstice.

PRIVACY. Your altar is a holy offering. Consider keeping it private.

CONNECTION THE HEART CENTERING PRACTICE

The basis of this practice: Breathe EVERYTHING into your heart to be transformed— the painful feelings, heavy energy, unfriendly sensations. Bring it all into the Heart Space for healing.

So we’re not pushing the challenges away; we’re integrating them into our consciousness, and in doing so, our consciousness expands—we become more Loving. Because we created the pain energy, we can heal it. The power is in the simplicity of this practice. You can do this as a meditation or with a few breaths multiple times a day.

Note: It’s best to do this when you’re feeling calm—not if you’re super triggered in the moment.

SIMPLE FORM

1. Breathe what you want to heal into your heart.

2. Saturate it with light, translucent rainbow colours.

3. Take a few breaths. Carry on.

LONG FORM

This is ideally a 10 to 20-minute meditation.

1. INVOKE. Call on the Presence of The Divine to support you.

2. ALIGN. Lightly tap your crown chakra + heart chakra 3 times.

3. RECALL POSITIVITY. Soften your mind to tune into Love. Bring to mind the awareness of your Love and happiness. Consider recalling a sweet experience with someone you Love. Or sit in your Love for Mother Nature or Life itself. Breathe in the awareness of that Loving, expansive energy. Notice the quality of energy in your heart chakra…warm, golden-hued light filling your heart center.

4. WHAT NEEDS HEALING? Think of what you want to bring healing to—mental, emotional, or physical struggle. An unfriendly situation. A grievance, fear, or anxiety. A relationship dynamic. A negative thought loop.

5. FOCUS. Bring that ONE energy/situation into your heart chakra. Your heart is welcoming all of this in—unendingly loving and patient. Breathe gently, naturally.

6. LIGHT. Pour soft, rainbow-coloured light frequencies onto the pain energy. Think: light pinks, peachy tones, light golds, minty greens, sky blues, lavender. You could also sing to the pain or chant a mantra.

7. POURING. Keep pouring on Loving Kindness through the rainbow light spectrum or sound vibration. Stay gentle. Let the challenging energy be in your heart. No need to ask it to change or evolve. No need to over analyze. Let it rest in Love and relax in the vastness of your heart.

8. COMPLETE with a deep breath.

9. NOTICE what you notice. Hold it all lightly. Get on with your day.
