The Purchaser acknowledges that the listed sale horses/lots have been available for inspection prior to the commencement of the sales and any Purchaser is deemed to have inspected the stock to the Purchaser’s contentment prior to any resultant purchase. 5. Each lot offered in this sale will be sold as is, where is with all faults, conditions and defects if any. Horses sold shall be without warranty, expressed or implied, as to soundness, condition, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. 6. 9. Any bidder will be deemed a principal party unless prior to bidding registration the bidder has given to the Auctioneer a written authority to bid on behalf of another person or party. 10. On conclusion of the sale and before delivery the Purchaser must pay for any horse purchased immediately in cash or by prior approved payment method. All registration papers and transfers will be retained by the vendor and horse will remain on vendors premises until payments have been verified and or cheques have cleared in vendor’s account. Agistment will be charge as follows: First 2 weeks free Every week after $25.00pw. Upon verification of payment, registration papers, registration transfers and any other pertinent documentation in relation to the animal purchased shall be made available to the purchaser. 11. If possession is not obtained by the purchaser on the day by reason of non payment in full the horse will remain at the premises of the vendor at the risk of the purchaser and the purchaser will be responsible for the safekeeping of the horse after this time. The purchaser will also be responsible for all vet fee’s or charges that the horse may incur while in the premises of the vendor. 12. The horse/s will be in all respects at the risk and expense of the Purchaser immediately on the fall of the hammer or in the case of private treaty, immediately upon acceptance by the Vendor of the Purchaser’s offer to purchase the horse/s. Neither the Selling agent not the Vendor will be responsible for the safekeeping of the horse/s after this time. 13.
