My Story

"I did not like the reflection in the mirror."

What motivated me to start a personal training business was being out of shape and feeling bad about my body. I had been an athlete between the ages of 12 and 18 years old, playing football and running track. I had never had a weight problem and could eat whatever I wanted without gaining weight. However, when I stopped playing sports, became sedentary, and did not change my eating habits, the weight packed on quickly. After twelve years of a sedentary lifestyle, I had gained fat around my middle section and had stopped taking care of myself mentally. One day, right before New Year’s Day of 2007, I step out of the shower and looked in the mirror, I did not like the reflection in the mirror. I felt bad about myself. I decided to get back in shape and take care of myself again. I thought other people must have felt the same way as I did and wanted to help them feel better too.

So, I became a personal trainer to help others get into shape and become healthy. Helping others to reach their fitness goals is what motivates me.

My clients include stay-at-home moms, high school athletes, and business professionals who desire to get maximum results in a minimum amount time.

I believe you have every reason to accomplish your goals! Clients may be having a bad day when they arrive at their session; but when they leave their session with me, they feel energized and ready to take on the day.

I make every client's session all about them. My goal is to get that person to a better place mentally and physically!

"The bottom line is the results."

The three words that have been instrumental in the success of my business are: Desire, because in a service business, you must have a passion to be a helping hand for others; Dedication, as you must be committed to the grinding day in and day out for your clients/customers and; Determination since you will fail more times than you triumph, and you must stay the course and never give up.

The catalyst to build a business as a personal trainer came from following Bedros Keuilian, one of the top fitness gurus in the United States and my favorite entrepreneurial coach. Mr. Keuilian inspired me to believe in myself, grow, and continue my fitness business. I started my business in 2008. After listening to and implementing the tips from his business CD, I was able to grow my business from two clients to 20 clients in a few months. In the next five years, I want to expand my clientele beyond the United States and to be able to help people worldwide to achieve their fitness goals.

TIP: When deciding on working with a personal trainer a person needs to assess if the Personal Trainer can accommodate their physical challenges, be flexible with their fitness levels, and dedicated to the client’s goals.
