Epicure’s Beet and Cucumber Salad
1. Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
Prep time: 15–20 minutes
2. In Epicure’s Eclipse® Coated Professional Frying Pan, stir milk with butter, Seasoning for Cheese, Chives & Bacon Dip and Sea Salt over medium-high heat, until butter melts.
Simple and elegant, light and lovely – the perfect spring and summer salad.
3. Add flour and stir vigorously but carefully, until mixture forms a smooth ball. Cook for 2 minutes, until mixture is quite dry. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes.

4. Turn dough into a standing mixer fitted with a paddle blade. Add eggs, one at a time, beating at least 1 minute between each addition. Beat in cheese. 5. Scrape into a pastry bag and pipe mixture in small rounds the size of a toonie onto Epicure’s Parchment-lined Baking Sheet. 6. Bake in centre of oven for 20–25 minutes, until golden and puffy.
