The Akashic records are a compendium of all human events, thoughts, words, emotions, and intent ever to have occurred in the past, present, or future. It is said to be encoded in the non-physical etheric plane. Letter writing good for the soul, handwriting good for the brain. “To send letters is a good way to go somewhere without moving anything but your heart.

Memories could live in all cells outside of the brain.

Neurofeedback Training (NFT)

Patterns of brain activity that volunteers had when shown a variety of 40 images of common subjects including phobia triggers were recorded. They then perform a task while in an fMRI brain scanner, with the promise of a cash reward. Whenever unconscious patterns of activity in a person’s brain matched that of a scary picture, that person was rewarded. This training encouraged them to uncocnsciously think about the scary thing more.

Magic Lantern

Dr. Thomas Story Kirkbride believed images would provide stability for patients by providing a rational perception. As the audience, patients were part of "normal" social life and this allowed for rational patterns of brain activity to be exercised, supposedly bringing the patient back to mental health. The magic lantern was an early form of slide projector, lit by candles initially, with slides manually inserted. Topics ranged from astronomy to history, religion to temperance.

PhotoVoice (PV)

Empowering individuals and communities to own their strengths, promote community dialogue on sensitive issues, and stimulate wider policy changes.

Allegory Entered as a single player, left having played a multiplayer’s game. The player joined the “quest” in hopes to find the missing pieces from the past to heal her wounds. Although challenging, the player succeeded in completing the quest and became not only whole, but a better version of herself.

However, the player did not realise that she wasn’t alone anymore. She became a part of the “Quest” community and was able to reconnect with her loved ones. The Quest allowed her to understand the struggles her family went through when she was trapped by her demons. She entered as a single player but left having played a multiplayer game.
