Reflection Strengths: • I successful created a cube transformed into a component times to create this complex array. • Zoomed into the array inserted shadows, and placed several human figures for scale to create a dramatic hot. Challenges • I need to learn how to use rapid visualization to had draw something similar to what I produced in Sketchup.

Reflection Strengths: • Before I start to design the floor pattern, I hand-drawing on a piece of paper. Using different shapes such as, circle, rectangle and wave line to combine them together., therefor, I can make so many kinds for floor pattern. • One interesting thing I learn is that I can use the layers tool to make one of the floor pattern disappeared. Challenges: • Coloring on the floor pattern is the most annoying thing to do, I have to click these shapes one by one. It too me too much time.
Reflection Strengths: • • • •
First, draw a radius 50 feet circle by using circle tool. Then use the same tool draw a half circle. Use the 2 point arc tool to draw two arc. In this project I found out how to use the rotate tool to rotate a specific shape to an angle. It looks much more better when the shadow effect show on the ground.
Challenges: • It is time consuming and need to be patient to clear all the offset line. • I still don’t know how to use the follow me tool.

Challenges: The only challenge is that I had don’t know how to draw a arc line base on the image.
First of all, I insert a template, and I draw lines follow by all these shapes. It is important to separated all shapes by make every shape a group and use the layer tool. Use the X-ray tool to check every component that is separated correctly. Insert 2D images by using the 3D warehouse to get models. Insert a image as the background.

Reflection: Strength First I draw a square, and than use the push/pull tool to make it a cube. Second I created a cone. Using the circle tool and straight line on the midpoint of the circle, and use the follow too to created the cone. Intersect the cube and cone, erase lines and face that I don’t want. This practice can help us inspired this complex geometry.
Challenges: It is hard to put the circle in the right place. I don’t know how to use scale tool in a correct way.

Paper Airplane
Reflection Strengths • Before we begin to fold a paper airplane, we practiced folding a paper airplane by a piece of paper. • After we have a idea how to fold a airplane, than we use the rotate tool to fold a paper airplane. • This is great practice of us to learn how to use the rotate tool.

Generic Windowed Wall Variables
Challenges I need to practice more using the scale too.
Reflection Strengths • • •
Before I start draw on sketchup, I practice drawing walls on the paper to see different possibilities. Simple to complex, I start with the thin wall. Than adding different shapes such as circle, triangle and square to the wall as a place to rest. With a window can give us the view of the other side.

Reflection Strengths • To make this ceiling, first thing to do is create a rectangle, and then draw lines to separated it into different shapes. • Use the rotate tool to rotated all the shapes into a different angles. • Creating the fence is one of the interesting part for me. Just simply draw a circle on the wall and draw a straight line on the midpoint of the circle, than follow the edges. Using the follow me tool to completed the fence.
Challenges: The most difficult part of this project is create the ceiling, because it took me too much time to understand which direction that I was rotating.
