I`M DANIELA THOMPSON I’m graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. My passion for interior design begun during an opportunity of internship. There I had the experience to learn all the processes of creating new designs for different spaces. This event gave me knowledge about all the kinds of materials, textiles, of millwork drawings and made me improve at programs such as Sketchup and AutoCAD. After finish my university degree, I decided to open my own office and this allowed me to grown as a person and as an architect. CASA HARA LANDSCAPING - INTERN JUN - DEZ 2015 Production of landscape projects in condos, residential places and urban areas. Developed of technical and illustrative drawings through AutoCad programs. There I had the opportunity to work directly on the construction, exclusively in the area of leasing the landscape elements. Thus, I helped with binder presentations and also acquired knowledge in negotiations with customers and suppliers.

This was a complete interior design for a living and dining room. The main idea of the customers was about a total aesthetic renovation. For this reason, a renovation of all lighting was carried out according to the new layout and a fully customized joinery. The main concept was to create neutral and timeless elements to the environment. Here you will be able to see the entire picture of the final result. The central idea of this project was to create a functional and pleasant space. The entire renovation received new finishes on all floors and walls. As a highlight, it is possible to observe some different aesthetic proposals such: the use of quartzite in every bench and even in half a wall; personalized joinery that helped to obtain an organized and functional space; and the general finishes of lighting, coverings and adornments that gave a timeless and very cozy aesthetic touch. Design of an apartment for a young couple. In this renovation, a general modification of all finishes was made - floor, walls and ceiling. But the central highlight was the coloured custom millwork - such as “oil green” and “foggy blue” - and “louro freijó” wood. There were also two very important elements: the hive-shaped niche - setting a connotation to a place that will receive friends and family; and the mobile bar - furniture produced to store wines and glasses. The central idea of the project was to create a timeless, light and relaxed atmosphere. Following a well-aligned scope and with high expectations the proposals were: natural burnt cement floor with a light yellow tint; textured wall in off white; insertion of black metal elements; joinery with a plank of more natural wood; and creating spaces that could entertain and give different visual points to the client. Right at the entrance, we inserted rectangular elements with neon lights that would be types of screens to expose key brand pieces. Year: 2019 - Location: Brazil - Responsible: Daniela Thompson.

LOFT UNIT
The images represent the project for an apartment of a young couple that brings some references from “lofts”. Interventions were proposed and it’s possible to check the photorealistic images below. In that project the goal was to apply some open concept for the connection between the living room, dining room and kitchen; include materials that refer to an industrial design - cement burnt in texture and finishes; and the insertion of furniture with a more modern concept. Interior design for a 132m² residence that includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, large balcony and four bedrooms. The images reveal a project that incorporates some furniture and custom millwork that were previously in the place. Because of that, we can see how rendering images make all the difference in understanding all the proposals. Here are some examples of the work developed.
