Baler and compactor hydraulics according to EN16252, EN16486 & EN16500
Dani-tech power pack is a custom designed power pack. Together with our customers, we design and devel op new power packs. We have a qualified technical department, drawings in 3D, and over 28 years of knowhow in powerpacks. Our suppliers are well known, with their most parts at stock at Dani-tech. Dani-tech power pack example; European produced electrical motor, black anodized. Return Filter incl. breather, TRAP design to prevent any oil splashes. Regenerative system together with the directional valve. Hoses and fittings supplied from major European suppliers to secure a high quality. Steel tank is powder coated, inside and outside. Intelligent controller, incl. Firmware and service tool ready for use. Mounted and tested here at Dani-tech.
Dani-tech standard compactor soft shift valve is zinc coated and designed for flangeable or external mounting. Standard Ram manifold is incl. 24VDC directional valve, regenerative valve, pressure and temperature transducer, relief valve, minimess and ready for two locking valves on A/B ports. Standard valve for extra functions as binlift, hydraulic cover etc. also in a zinc plated design, incl. reliefvalve and proportional valve as a standard option. The proportional function in our controller secure a smooth ramp and adjustable max speed. The same valves can control both one and two pump systems, no need for extra adjustment valves. Shaking function as option on binlifts.

Mobile Compactors This Safety controller is developed to combine the increased demands of safety with flexibility and attractive prices. The module is robust integrated in a metal housing, and fits directly on a DIN rail, with pluggable connections. The primary specifications are: - Developed to machine industry, up to performance level PLd see. ISO 13849-1 and SIL 2 see. EN / IEC 62061 using two-channel design category 3 (Cat 3). - EMC tested with Increased Immunity test levels in accordance to IEC/EN 62061, SRECS in industrial environments - Contains an advanced control application for Compactors/Balers and fulfill the new standards: EN 16486, EN 16500 & EN 16252. - Approx. 62 Inputs and Outputs, with the possibility to increase the numbers, including 16 power outputs, which two of them is useable for proportional valves. 8 OSSD or output for lights, 34 standard inputs and 4 analog inputs. All 34 standard inputs and 16 power outputs is useable for safety functions. - Adjustable connections. - Metal box for DIN rail. - Interface with software tool, with USB plug.
Press-cycle
We use a low noise gear pump as standard, and together with the possibility to retract the RAM before a 100% stroke, makes our system a very low noise system. The RAM retract on a pre-adjusted distance and together with our standard soft-shift valve, it will prevent any pressure peaks. The system only makes max pressure, when waste is building up. A Super Silent screw pump is also available. Together with low noise, and no pressure peaks, this method increases the lifetime on cylinders etc. An “Economy Stroke” is a standard option, and can shorten the stroke even more. This reduce the noise even more and reduce motor /system running hours as well. When waste starts building up pressure, the RAM will go into standard mode again. Positions and pressure can be monitored directly on the pressure chart.

Many extra function are available, auto start, pin in/out, p lift etc. Several types of controller boxes are available; als made designs can be produced. Foil on controller box wi logo etc. as an option.
Together with the controller, comes a Windows based program /tool. With this tool all functions can be controlled and adjusted. The controller measures the RAM-press, return and regenerative time automatically, so the position of the RAM can be monitored and located. This gives us the benefit of an adjustable turn around distance, economy stroke etc.
A couple of other features are: - Fill levels; Five different fill levels is selectable; each level can be adjusted precisely to each kind of waste. Number of press cycles, max pressure, press time etc. is adjustable. A certain amount of predetermined “OK” cycles has to be obtained before the system switch to anoth er fill level. Blocking of the start button is a possibility when full or “overfull” is reached. - Front Turn Delay; can keep the RAM in front a predetermine time before retraction. - A quick overview of the Inputs / Outputs, with the possibility to change the functions, or have a 1-2-3-4 priority on your functions. A functions can obtain two features; door switch can be a start button etc. - A several number of proportional functions can be set and adjusted directly in the tool. - The above is only some of the features, the idea is; When one machine have your adjustment, save it and download into the next one, and it´s ready to go.

GSM setup is an option. Several messages can be send by mail or SMS. Four different groups of people can get these messages, with 14 people in each. Send a SMS to truck driver, when it´s full and mail the service team when service is due. Each message contains information regarding machine type, city, site, waste and device phone number. Have your compactor call you up, when it needs attention.

Service gets easy: Dani-tech produces more than 10000 powerpacks each year, in all kinds of shapes and sizes. We have long experience with all kinds of compactors, balers etc, and try constantly to improve our solutions. With this system, only one control system is required- same safety module – same tool, for all sizes. Every powerpack /controller is tested in Dani-tech before shipment, and we offer a high level of service and flexibility. We have developed numerous components for the purpose of making solutions smarter, simpler and/or more reliable. Development in close cooperation with our customers technicians. With a cooperation with us, we offer training sessions here or on site, so our customers get knowledge with this tool/safety module and with our products. Training sessions by video conference is even so possibel.

Stationary compactors and balers
Powerpacks for balers comes as small compact power packs as well as Âbigger stand-alone types. Our compact power packs comes with steel or plastic tanks, and can be custom designed. Valves etc. are integrated in the pump flange, and can be custom designed so we can solve almost every type of task. Super low noise screw pumps are available for the compact power packs as well as the stand-alone types. In the tool, a compactor / baler mode can be chosen, then more or less functions will appear whether it’s a baler or Âcompactor. A two-mode principle in the tool is for two chamber balers, so every chamber can be adjusted precisely to the waste in the given chamber. Submerged hydraulic units is even so produced.
