The idea lies in the spirit of Judaism in New York , which inspired me first Jewish movement upon arrival to the American continent, exile or DIASPORA . Exile has always been present in the Jewish people , so the first objective is to try to represent the dichotomy between exile and movement in the character of the building . So that the building can transmit the feeling of a being half done, something moving , which is not completed , an entity in continuous exile.

Linear seats are designed for a central display to the main altar, and a secondary level for a display to the secondary altar wich is in the background. That versatility we have achieved through the U-shaped and L-shaped open to allow visualization on both sides .

It is a project in the island of roosvelt in manhatan . The program was free and we were given as the main reference to Koolhaas and his manifesto in Delirious New York .Thinking of manhattan , I came to mind a metropolis made up of people from all over the world, the capital of the world , a great cultural and religious wealth . In this reflection the choice came as a starting point religion. My bet was Judaism, a religion very present around Roosevelt Island ; in the area of Queens , Williamsburg south , the lower east side ... New york Approximately comprises a total 1.77 million Jews , most of which is in the mentioned districts.

The site chosen is a cliff of Ibiza just the limit where all the elements of the Ibizan landscape. Mountains of pine forests , the sea, the sunsets ... The project is not in itself a physical realization of the suggested program but a program used in this proposal to create a project that goes beyond . It proposes a novel experience , never before seen at least in the Ibizan coast. No adds strangers elements to the island, but uses the elements is finding it ( the cliff , the type of cabins , natural pools ... ) to create a sensory journey and organization of the program.

The concept of this project is to promote the correction of cognitive traits and behaviors using therapeutic procedures to prevent recidivism . The end result is the creation and isolation , forcing the prisoner to use self- reflection as the only tool in solitude. The cruel and abrupt methodologies help to realize moral incentives to live within a social community . Non jail, prison freedom Â

reincidence The goal of this therapy is to give the prisoner the vision and the positive aspects of freedom . But could not reach them because of their penance. Therefore after completion of the sentence you can finally access it and enjoy it, thus correcting the high recidivism.

The interpretive center starts with the formalization of a journey , it begins with the unexpected entrance of a German bunker of great historical weight finisterre area of Normandy. The underground entrance will look surprised by this bare with 360 degree view with the sea as unique perspective. The visitor is unconsciously driven by the building as tour invertido. Starting with sea views from the deck and while descending the sea level is covering him on the outside. The culmination of the tour takes place in the last landmass floor where the room space like the cabins of a warship is treated is arranged. The envelope merges with the rocky environment to conclude the pre symbiosis.

The aim of this international competition organized by the University of Manitoba with the support of “ Manitoba Hydro” company Crown - Corporation provincial specializing in hydroelectric power, was to suggest a new vision of Campus through a master plan that integrates the challenges of growth, comfort and quality of the environment and allows the positioning of the Campus as a copy space in terms of innovation , environmental values , variety and integration

A true urban challenge includes the development of 4,200 housing units , as well as 21,000m2 dedicated to companies and facilities in the “ Southwood Precinct ‘ extension along with a general reflection dedicated to the flows and the complementary elements to be integrated into the Campus core “ Fort Garry Campus “ and its outlying areas , including the technology park and sports complex .

The project is developed on a plot of great importance in the city of Pointe Noire. The location is on the edge of the international airport, anchored in a dense urban fabric. We opted for a development , urban, social and political , creating a new city center , stretching and somehow structures the peri- urban space. The project uses three specific strategies regarding residence and ecoenvironmental comfort : 1. Orientationand relation with the airport 2. Variable Porosity facades 3. Urban density and shadow play
