SETAS SUPPORT PROVIDERS A User Guide
• To be a listed support provider on SETAS you first need to register for an account – create a username and password
• We’ll then send you an email to create your support provider profile
• Creating your profile page is the most important thing you’ll do • Accurately describing your organisation, adding key words and ticking appropriate categories helps match you to appropriate social enterprises – and helps your google ranking
• All registered profiles need to be approved by SETAS before they go live to ensure social enterprise focus
• Your Profile page is just the start – you an add to this specific services, events and resources your organisation provide • These should be appropriately labelled as well and automatically attach to your main profile page
• You can add, delete or edit any of these at any time
• If they want to find out more they can contact you – which sends an email to your registered account
• If they use the service they can comment or recommend it
• Social enterprises that match the skills, services and sectors you specialise in will automatically be notified of any new activity you make in their dashboard • They will also find all your services in search listings – based on how you categorise your org
• The more recommendations you get the higher up the listings you appear – so make sure you ask your satisfied customers to give feedback
• You can find relevant social enterprises that might be interested in your services on your dashboard
• You can also subscribe to our newsletter to receive monthly updates of all social enterprises that match your criteria
• And you can interact with them in Discussion Groups
• Or promote new services by ‘shouting’
