The XHD Series is a time proven rugged design used by contractors, councils and farmers nationally. Over the years we have listened to what the industry requires and have designed this machine accordingly. The XTREME won’t rust as it is fully hot dipped galvanised with a super heavy duty monocoque construction 6mm pressed steel body and a super heavy duty 200HP 1000RPM gearbox. The XTREME has an extra heavy duty spring steel laminated blade carrier; with heat treated ‘lift’ blades secured by the heavy duty hardened bolt and bush system. TS12 Flex Wing 12’ Slasher

Designed specifically for customers with smaller tractors, the TS12 Flex Wing has a unique streamlined and sleek appearance, a very short wheel base and anti-scalping features making it the ideal machine for customers who need a flex-wing cutter’s versatility but may not have a tractor large enough to pull a 15 foot unit.

The SD Series Medium Duty Flex Winged Slashers cuts materials up to 50mm (2”) in diameter, making them perfect for grass/ weed mowing or stalk shredding. Available in a 4.5 metre (15’) cutting width, the SD Series provides a smooth cut across the full cutting area. To fit a wider range of tractors & applications, we offer SD Flex-Wings in 540 or 1000 RPM.

The TS12 also features an exclusive closecoupled design for low tongue weight and shorter turning radius, targeting tractors in the 35-50 PTO horsepower class. The full 3.65 metre (12’) cutting width of the TS12 reduces mowing time drastically compared to most rigid deck cutters making this machine the small tractor owner’s dream!

The GDX Series centre mount topper is a fully gear driven machine fitted with high speed rotors completed by twin cut swinging blades. The contra-rotating swinging blades are times ensuring a stripe free cut. Cutting height is easily adjusted by resetting the skids and castor wheels (optional) at the desired height. Twin cut blades are fitted as standard offering finer cut and better spread than competitors. The geared blades are times to prevent blade collisions. To ensure there is no striping, the blades overlap by a minimal 78mm (3”). The 909-HD Topper is a heavier duty version of the 9FTGDX topper. A new blade design has a quicker flick back reducing shock loading onto gearboxes. The 909-HD is powered by rotor gearboxes through a larger horsepower splitter gearbox. The SM Side Mounted Topper is a fully offset three point linkage mounted topper with two models offering 2.4m (8’) & 2.7m (9’) cutting widths. This machine is fully gear driven with twin high speed rotors. Power is transmitted between the gearboxes by solid splined shafts joined by rubber couplings therefore there are no bearing housings or belt system to maintain, which ultimately reduces maintenance costs. The GDHD Trailed Topper is a fully offset gear driven machine. It is offset for working and is folded into transport position hydraulically from the tractor seat. This topper is available in 8’, 9’ and 12’ cutting widths. The rotors are timed with each other and have an overlap of 3 inches (75mm). The blades rotate in opposite directions to each other and spreads the cut grass evenly behind the machine. As the GDHD is fully offset there is no trampling of pasture prior to cutting. The cutting height is set at the desired level by moving the adjustable side skids to the appropriate position. There is a limit stop on the ram which controls the rear axle. When the operator reaches the field, the machine is offset then lowered and topping can commence. This process reduces downtime

The Major Series 12000GR and the 18000GR Roller Mowers are ideal for maintenance of large grassy areas such as sports grounds, golf courses, airports, racetracks and parklands. As all the gearboxes are in one line, the effective cutting widths are at a maximum. There is no waste of cutting area from having the rotors staggered as in a belt driven machine. The machines are only as wide and deep as their rotors, therefore they can follow the contours of the most undulating ground and give perfect finish every time. The Major Series 12000GR and 18000GR have 4 and 6 rotors respectively and are mounted on three different sections. Two rotors are mounted in the body of both machines; the others are contained in the wings. The design of the machines ensures that no windrowing of cut material takes place due to the unique aerodynamic chamber that surrounds each blade and rotation of each rotor. These factors cause the grass to be ‘sucked’ towards the blade, cut finely, then blown in an even layer from the rear of the machine. Both machines come fitted with BKT Turf tyres as standard. They can be hydraulically raised clear of the ground for mowing & lowered for mower transportation. The 2500 Grader Blade (2WD, 250 PTO HP tractors max.) is available in 3 models with widths of 8’, 10’ and 12’ and features a massive CAT II-III three-point hitch and quick-hitch.

THE XGB Series hydraulic grader blade is available in 3 models offering widths from 1.8m to 2.4m. With the option of upgrading to full hydraulics, and a manual or hydraulic wheelkit, the XGB is sure to have a configuration to suit your needs. Built to last, this grader blade will serve you for years to come.

The 12’ model is rated for up to 175 PTO HP wheeltype tractors. Hydraulic adjustment of the mainframe swing, moldboard angle, and moldboard tilt is standard for easier operation.

The 3500 blade is available in widths of 12’ and 14’ and features a massive CAT III-IV 3 point hitch and quick-hitch. The 14’ model is rated for up to 250 draw bar horsepower wheel-type tractors. Hydraulic adjustment of the mainframe swing, moldboard angle, and moldboard tilt is standard for easy and fast adjustments. The 3500 features a maximum of 50” of offset to easily reach outside the dual wheels of large tractors. The 5” diameter solid steel kingpin, boxed-section, reinforced 1/2” x 20” moldboard, and heavy-duty hitch and mainframe provide the dependability Rhino blades are known for.
