Strong americano coffee ganache made using our Hot Water technique gives the perfect balance of dark and bitter notes with a rich complex scale of gentle aromatic fruity chocolatey tones.
Chilli, strawberry and raspberry – sweet, spicy and delicious, not everyone that plays with fire gets burned.
Zingy Seville orange marmalade coated with toasted Japanese panko breadcrumbs.
Manchester Tart Raspberry caramel, custard ganache and toasted coconut – the essence of Manchester Tart expertly captured in chocolate.

Sambirano Blanc A 70% chocolate cacao pod filled with the finest white chocolate ganache made with single origin chocolate from the Sambirano Valley in Madagascar.
Process/Creation Created to Daniel’s own secret recipe, each chocolate is carefully hand made by Daniel and his team on the premises, using the freshest natural ingredients. Owing to the seasonal nature of some products, ranges may vary (images are for illustration purposes only).
Chai Latte A blend of Indian tea and warming spices (black pepper, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla).
New York Vanilla Cheesecake Simplicity itself, vanilla cheesecake ganache and digestive biscuit crumb base. Delicious.
Tarragon Caramel Light and floral, earthy yet mellow our tarragon caramel combines the unique flavour of this herb with our signature Belgian white chocolate.

Daniel made 300 wonderful, salted caramel chocolates for party guests at ‘Back to Blackburn’ - an event I organised to get people back into the town centre in the evening. I found him to be both professional and lovely to deal with and wish him every success. He deserves to do well.

CHOCOL ATE
ACADEMY School and other groups can begin to learn the art of the chocolatier first hand from Daniel. Working from his premises or your school/college, Daniel runs Academy classes, where he demonstrates the ‘chocolate basics’ such as processing, tempering and creating a simple ganache. At the end of the session, participants will have made their own delicious chocolate product to take home. Choose from full day, half day or 3 hour sessions. Contact us for details and costs for the Academy classes. Daniel came into our school to make chocolate lollies with Year 3. Every child made lollies and chose how to decorate them. The children were enthralled by the whole experience and we eagerly await a future visit from Daniel. We would highly recommend Daniel to work with classes to support the curriculum of any age as his classes are national curriculum matched. A fantastic experience.
