We make scented soy candles celebrating what we love most.

Pairing beautiful fragrance with scripted stories, we hand pour all-natural soy wax to create one-of-a-kind candles designed to personalize and connect. A portion of proceeds from each candle is donated to charities that provide for and preserve what we love.

We founded Scripted Fragrance in 2015 as a mother-daughter team hand pouring candles in New York City. Today, we call New York’s Hudson Valley home and our growing team proudly designs, hand pours, and fulfills all orders in our historic studio space.

This year, we aim to inspire and delight you with our new Heartfelt Collection! Featuring heart warming stories and paired with extraordinary fragrance, our reusable rocks glass candles are beautifully wrapped in a full color design. SHIPPING

Orders will be packaged in as few boxes as possible and shipped approximately 2-4 weeks** from date Scripted Fragrance receives the PO. Domestic orders will ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the size of the order. If you would prefer to use your own FedEx or UPS account number, please contact us.

Shipping costs are due upon receipt of invoice. Please notify us of any time–sensitive orders. Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost. Scripted Fragrance is not responsible for any carrier delays and reserves the right to delay shipping due to extreme weather or other conditions.

**Orders during peak season, over 200 candles, and custom projects may be subject to longer lead times.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing your order as all candles are made-to-order. We only accept returns on damaged or defective merchandise. Claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise with photos illustrating the packaging and product damage. Merchandise must be returned unused, in original packaging and in sellable condition.

Products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. If you are selling our products in an online store, credit must be given to Scripted Fragrance® in the product description. Approved retailers are only authorized to sell on their own e-commerce websites. Keep candles out of direct sunlight when on display.

All candles are shipped within a plastic sleeve for protection and should be removed prior to sale.
