Scripted Fragrance is the vision of mother-daughter duo Elizabeth and Amberlee Isabella. Our original hand-poured soy wax candles that double as Reusable Rocks Glasses tell your stories and provide moments to reflect upon the pets, places, experiences, and cherished relationships we all hold close.

At Scripted, we develop our fragrances, design our packaging, print our glassware, pour our candles, and fulfill all of your orders in-house. Our unique, hands-on process located in New York’s Hudson Valley, ensures that each and every candle leaves our studio ready to be cherished.

ONLINE STORES

At this time, we’re accepting a limited number of wholesale accounts for online only stores. Approval is required prior to placing at PO for online only retailers. Additional terms may apply.

Scripted Fragrance® products are NOT permitted to be sold on Etsy, Amazon, or other third-party websites. Approved retailers are only authorized to sell on their own e-commerce websites.

TERMS

Retailers must agree to our terms and policies for approval and we reserve the right to stop selling to stores who fail to comply.

TICKETING

All candles are shipped without prices or ticketing unless otherwise coordinated. If ticketing is required, please contact Scripted Fragrance® or your daniel*richards sales representative. Additional fees may apply.

ORDE RING + PAYMENT

Approved retailers can place orders with a daniel*richards sales representative, directly with Scripted Fragrance, or with Faire selection regions.

ORDERING + PAYMENT CONT.

All invoices are sent from Quickbooks via email. We accept payment by credit card and ACH bank transfer. Orders over $2,500 processed via credit card will incur a 3% card processing fee. Full payment is due upon receipt of invoice.*

SHIPPING

Orders will be packaged in as few boxes as possible and shipped approximately 2-14 days** from the date Scripted Fragrance® receives the purchase order. Domestic orders will ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the size of the order. If you would prefer to use your own FedEx or UPS account number, please contact us in advance of shipment.

Shipping costs are due upon receipt of invoice.

Please notify us of any time–sensitive orders. Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost. Scripted Fragrance® is not responsible for any carrier delays and reserves the right to delay shipping due to extreme weather or other conditions.

**Orders during peak season, over 1,000 candles, and custom projects may be subject to longer lead times.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order as all candles are made-to-order. We only accept returns on damaged or defective merchandise. Claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise with photos illustrating the packaging and product damage. Merchandise must be returned unused, in original packaging and in sellable condition.

Orders that remain unpaid after 30 days will incur a 3% late fee. Order after 45 days will be canceled. Future orders must be paid at the time of PO submittal.

PACKAGING

All candles are shipped within a plastic sleeve for protection and should be removed prior to sale.

DISPLAY

Products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. If you are selling our products in an online store, credit must be given to Scripted Fragrance® in the product description. All items are retail ready, clearly labeled and branded Scripted Fragrance®. Keep candles out of direct sunlight when on display.

DROP SHIPPING

Our standard policy is not to offer drop-shipping. If this of interest, let us know and we can respond to the specific opportunity. Additional minimums and fees may apply.

CUSTOM CANDLE PROGRAM

We love custom candles and are happy to take on custom projects that meet our custom requirements and minimums of 250 units or more of the same candle. Additional fees and lead times apply. Please inquire for more information.
