Dear Perli requires that any price lower than the minimum advertised price (MAP) should not appear on retailers’ websites or advertisements without explicit approval. Any violation of this pricing policy will result in account suspension.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES
Please email within 24 hours to cancel your order. Any reductions or cancellations not reported within this timeframe will incur a restocking fee of up to 20% of the total deducted from your order. Claims for incorrectly shipped merchandise or returns must be reported by phone or email within 5 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
