REFERENCE LETTER – Dan Sobieraj
Dear Sir / Madam, Dan Sobieraj has been working as a part-time and co-op student at Moriyama & Teshima Architects and Planners (MTA/MTP) for the past two years. I have supervised him directly during which time he has assisted our design teams with various tasks. Interestingly, despite his young age, he has distinguished himself as very reliable and skillful which has enabled us to call on him for various tasks that would alternatively not be assigned to a student level personel. What convinced us that Dan would be a good team member was his curiosity, enthusiasm and apparent self-drive to learn new things. This has demonstrated this by working alone on challenging tasks which he had never done before or by working alongside other senior staff taking direction from them and making sure his contribution fit into the overall effort. We have extended an open invitation to Dan to return to our studio during his summer session or for more co-op as we are quite happy with his efforts and contribution to date.
