1. Firstly, please ensure you are using one of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. Go to dansondecor.com, click ‘LOG IN’.


2. All customers logging on and using the system for the first time will need to enter their email, and then click 'FORGOT PASSWORD' in order to set-up their account. Follow the instructions to reset your password. If you already have done this, simply fill out your login information provided and click ‘SIGN IN’. If you have forgotten your password, simply click ‘FORGOT PASSWORD’ and follow the steps in order to reset it.


3. Once logged in, please ensure that you are selected on ‘Normal Entry’ and not ‘Fast Scan’. We invite you to select a language, located at the top middle part of the navigation.


4. You must ‘Select a season’ in order to begin shopping.


5. Once you have selected a season, you will be able to browse the entire collection within that season, or type in a keyword* to help narrow your search. *for best practices and tips to optimally use the keyword search tool, please go to the last page of the deck.


6. Once you begin finding products you’d like to purchase, click the little cart icon in the row of that item, which will add your item into your cart. Please note that the quantity is pre-filled with the items’ minimum sale; given this, you may add a different quantity; however, it must represent a multiple of the minimum sale filled quantity. For example, if the quantity is 12, you may buy 24 - but not 18.


7. Once you click the cart icon in the row of the product, you will see the item has been added to your cart.


8. When you are done shopping and are ready to check-out, click on the ‘Cart’ icon on the left upper side to review your products and see an overview of your shopping bag. Should you wish to remove an item from your cart, click the red ‘x’. Should you wish to continue shopping and not check out yet, simply click on the ‘Products’ tab, where you will be returned to the main page. Then, select a season and browse accordingly (or type in a keyword).


9. Once you’re ready to check out, fill out your requested delivery date. Please note that delivery dates are subject to change, based on product availability.


10. The next step is to fill out your provided customer PO number...


11. ...then the email address where you wish for the order confirmation to be sent...


12. ...verify that the ‘Shipping To’ field is correct


13. Once all fields have been completed, press ‘Create Order’ in order to complete check-out process. An order confirmation will be emailed to you, which confirms the order has been completed.


*Best practices and tips for searching keywords on our new customer portal: ●

Search without pluralizing the product…ie “Pick” instead of “Picks”

Search without using hyphen… ie ‘Prelit” instead of “Pre-lit”

Note: keywords “Outdoor Incandescent” will bring up all high voltage, non LED lights suitable for outdoor

Note: keywords “Indoor incandescent” will bring up all high voltage, non LED lights suitable for indoor

Note: keywords “Outdoor LED” will bring up all high voltage, LED lights suitable for outdoor

Note: keywords “Indoor/Outdoor battery operated” will bring up all battery operated lights, suitable for outdoor. It is worth noting that all outdoor lighting can also be used indoor.

Note: “Indoor battery operated” will bring up all battery operated lights, suitable for indoor

Note: keyword “Prelit” will bring up all Christmas trees, sold with integrated lights

Note: keyword “Unlit” will bring up all Christmas trees, sold without lights
