Message from President-Elect Stetson
Club Corner
I want to thank all of you who helped with the Dance Recital. There were 66 Kiwanians involved in one way or another. Whether it was selling ads (Tom Meadows with 45 and Jerry Conner with 23 led the way), working at the recital, helping to move equipment from the studio to GW and back or being a Patron, each of you was vital to the success of the project. Many of you worked more than one shift and Melinda kept law and order in the back and David Clark was busy selling tickets all four days. In addition to the Kiwanians, my fiancĂŠe, Meredith, worked every day and Jerry's son, Michael, was a great help again this year. We have not had our final meeting with Ann and Lisa and there are still some bills outstanding so I am unable to give you a final figure at this time. Again, thanks to all of you.
It sure has been great to have Harold Brinkley back in his old seat at the meetings and Harold took his familiar spot at one of the doors at the recital as well. We've missed him and let's hope his road to recovery stays on the fast track. The March issue of SHOWCASE had Sarah Rodden on the cover. Sarah is the owner of Lizzy Lou Boutique and the daughter of Kiwanian, Jeff Rodden.
