IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FOURTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, IN AND FOR DUVAL COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA

Daniel F. Walsh Plaintiff (s)

CASE NO.: 16-2008-CA-008884 DIVISION: CV-G

vs Diane L. Paull Defendant (s) ______________________/ NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUE FOR FRAUD ON THE COURT The Plaintiff, Daniel F. Walsh is giving notice to the Defendant Diane l. Paull that he intends to file a civil suit against his former wife of 25 years Olga T. Walsh in order to reclaim his homestead property that was illegally confiscated through "extrinsic fraud". The Defendant, Diane L. Paull is very much aware of such fraud because she is a participant. It is suggested that the Defendant, Diane L. Paull coerce the Plaintiff's former wife into quit claiming his homestead property back to Plaintiff according to the attached exhibit in this notice (exhibits - (1-6). By doing so, this shall prevent unnecessary conflict between the Plaintiff and his former wife. Let it be known if this request by the Plaintiff is not done, the Defendant, Diane L. Paull shall not escape the obvious violations of intentional fraud that is so prevalent within this case (walsh v paull). It is also evident the Defendant Diane L. Paull has violated the Florida Rules of Procedure on more than one occasion and hiding behind a dysfunctional Family Court System is simply a waste of time. We are now in a position to alter the misdirection of the Family Court System back into balance and it shall happen much sooner than one may think.
