Lesley was raised in Seattle after moving from Belfast North Ireland with her family in 1966. She attended the University of Washington and earned a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in international marketing. After graduating, she began her career with Northwest Airlines and Continental Airlines as an International Service Manager for Continental Airlines in the south pacific. During that time, she resided in Hawaii for 8 years. Returning to Seattle after the airline closed the south pacific base, she opened a catering business with a longtime friend and enjoyed her love of cooking. In 2002 her family moved and built a home in North Scottsdale. In 2006 Lesley obtained her real estate license and began a third career with Sterling Fine Homes which was purchased by Prudential which was then purchased by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Eventually joining forces with Dan Ward, they formed the Fine Homes Group and have earned the prestigious Chairman’s Circle Platinum award for the last 7 years, placing them among the top 100 out of all Berkshire Hathaway offices in Arizona. Lesley attributes her success with clients to understanding the relocation process and finding the perfect home or investment property. She is a consummate professional that has earned the trust and respect of her clients and peers. Jeri and her family moved to Scottsdale in 1987 for her husband, Dick Hyland to pursue his career as a PGA golf professional. Two years later, Jeri began her career as a Realtor initially focusing on land/home site sales in North Scottsdale golf communities. Her business soon grew to include home sellers and buyers throughout the valley.
