RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES AT CURRENT COMPANY :
Main responsibility:
Global Showrooms & Fairs:
Creative Designer is responsible for showrooms design, layout, concept development for each season/ collection launches/... arrange the general showroom.
Create Fairs design concepts, layouts, solution for marketing materials.
Coordinate with Internal production and outsource supplier to make Showrooms, Fairs concepts happen.
Coordinate with P&SO and SDC to arrange Showrooms and samples for customers meeting.
Creative customized concepts:
Commercial concept and solution for GMS projects.
Showroom styling and setup for each collection/ functional area.
Photo and Video shoot styling and setup for each collection/ customer/ market.
Purchasing facilities/ decoration/ accessories/ for Showrooms/ Fairs/ Photoshoot/ Projects.
Merchandise Marketing package with customized concepts, coordinate Internal department (P&SO, ACC, BOM, TD, IMEX, ) and External suppliers for the process.
After 7 years working at my current company, what I have experienced, learned and drawn for myself are the following main points:
1. Ability to manage projects and control them under a tight schedule
2. Able to provide a clear report on projects' timing and cost packages annually, as well as ensure balance in projects' expenses and closely follow up with current prices.
3. Provide a report on projects' status and able to predict possible future risks.
4. Able to coordinate and distribute work according to the responsibilities and abilities of each individual.
5. Take care of employees' mental health and help them improve their skills.
6. Mentor employees and support them in finding their purpose at work, thereby improving themselves in the right direction, and they're more likely to accompany the company for a long time.
7. Able to communicate and coordinate with different departments to make sure the projects are finalized following a pre-determined schedule with the least risks.
8. Keep products fresh and trendy according to modern trends by consistently working with and learning from foreign sales, or self-learn by going on business trips and travelling abroad.
