Cowrie Creek. Cowrie Creek Residence is a 5 bedroom single-family dwelling located in Cowrie Creek Estate, Ikate. The brief was to develop a private residential building with basic living amenities as well as facilities such as Outdoor Swimming Pool, Indoor gym and a luxurious home theatre. Our design comprises of a double volume Living dining room, modern style kitchen, private study, one guest room and 4-bedrooms of which includes a Master-bedroom with a walk in closet containing space for His and Hers. A roof garden was incorporated into the design of the terrace to serve as an indoor-outdoor relaxation space. Adequate parking space was provided on the ground floor to serve the client and there is also ample space left for services and gatehouse.

Tetris Apartment. Tetris apartments is a 4 storey apartment building made up of a total of 16 luxurious 2-bedroom residential units. The ground floor is dedicated to parking, gatehouse and services accompanied with abundant space for greenery. Each unit consists of an Open planned Living/Dining room, a spacious kitchen with a breakfast table and sufficient space for storage. The building form is a contemporary minimalist style. It features window placement and fenestration punctuated by the yellow and black giving it a unique visual style that don’t exist only for aesthetics but also acts as frames for good vistas into the indoor spaces.

Cocoon Resort. Situated away from Lekki Suburbia, Cocoon resort is a pleasant addition to the string of beach houses located on Ilashe beach. The building developed as a horizontal mass overlooking the water. The design is very flexible and transparent allowing for a transformation of indoor space to outdoor spaces merely by a system of collapsible doors. The internal configuration consists an open living-dining space, kitchen, guest lounge and a total 5 bedrooms. It also includes a private movie screening room and a man cave. The swimming pool and outdoor dining area are positioned as the first point of contact in the exterior. The materiality reflected a response to the immediate environment such as the use of timber floor finish and the color white to offset the heat from the sun keeping the building internally regulated. Pinnock Residence. Located in Lekki Pennisula, Pinnock Residence is a single dwelling residential family unit that embodies a contemporary architectural style. Designed for luxury, the building consists of a double volume living and dining area, modern styled kitchen, 4-bedrooms and a guest room, and indoor home theatre for relaxation. The living room space is cantilevered 4.5m with the help of deep beams that run through its cross section. Plush green areas on site were used to improve the aesthetics and they serve as their private garden. Adequate parking spaces were provided to meet the needs of the client, in addition to the recreational facilities such as Swimming pool and an indoor gym
