Project Brief: A Bespoke hillside project for a young growing family. The emphases behind this design was to embracing the outdoors yet create modular and functional residence. This project similar to it clients family was designed to have growth. The composition while compact can expand due to the nuances of spaces created from the Alfresco, Basement Storage and vast landscape.

GLENCOE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT This Project is located on the Western Side of Trinidad where an existing home had to be surveyed for a proposed redevelopment project. As a Jr Architect I was tasked to perform a Measured Survey and produce existing drawings. This project equipped me with detailed knowledge of the site for future Design proposals and referencing.

VALSAYN VILLA Located on the Eastern side of Trinidad Valsayn, I was privileged to be part of the project team for massive opulent villa. This home was designed bespoke to the clients lifestyle. Not only was it a beautiful home but it also encompassed a business office, gym, roof deck putting green and other extensive amenities. As Jr Architect on this project my job was to design all structural elements for this building. Once my structures were deemed sound by an Engineer the next process I handled was to seek government approval certificates. This project was truly an eye opener for structures and function.

CONTAINER BEACH HOUSE Nestled in the picturesque peninsula of Galera Toco, the furthest Eastern point of Trinidad. We engaged a client who was interested in creating a modular container home get away. This project contains three twenty foot Containers that have been specially outfitted to fit the need of individual units. One housing the Kitchen component, the other housing the master suite and lastly the third container two bedrooms and a sheared bath. The addition spaces within the composition are lounge spaces some open to air, while the others are closed spaces. All focused on capturing the North Eastern View of Tobago the sister Island.
