He managed finances, ensured budgets were on track, and maintained the bank's profitability. Hard work led to several promotions, culminating in his becoming the CFO of the Canadian division of a major insurance company by 1999.
Despite his success, Darrell Howell felt compelled to contribute more. This led Him to pursue an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University, which He completed in 2000 with a focus on accounting. Returning to the insurance company, He applied his enhanced skills to drive significant growth. However, desiring more family time, He turned his attention to the family-owned Pizza Hut franchise, a community staple since 1978. He expanded the franchise across multiple states, becoming one of the region's largest Pizza Hut franchisors by 2015, before selling the restaurants and returning to the corporate sector.
Managing the Pizza Hut franchises presented new challenges distinct from his corporate experiences. Committed to providing affordable food to the community and upholding his family's legacy, He is grateful for the local support.

Darrell Howell was born and raised in Waynesboro, Tennessee. Growing up, he had a variety of interests. He always loved exploring the mountains of Tennessee, connecting with nature whenever he could. He was also heavily involved in extracurricular activities at his school, enjoying sports and the arts. Even though he focused hard on his studies, he wasn't exactly sure what he wanted to do when he got older.
