2 cups puffed rice ½ cup tomatoes chopped ½ cup onion chopped ½ cup potato; boiled and mashed ¼ cup coriander leaves chopped 1 medium-sized green chilli, chopped ¼ cup unsalted peanuts, toasted 5 papdi, crushed ¾ cup nylon sev 1 tsp chaat masala 1 tsp cumin powder 2 tbsp mint and coriander chutney 2 tbsp tamarind and date chutney 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

Method for Bhel Puri Recipe
• Take a big bowl and add all the ingredients to it except for the puffed rice, sev, coriander leaves and crushed papdi. • Mix well. • Add the remaining ingredients just before serving to ensure that the puffed rice, papdi and sev don’t get soggy. • Your bhel puri is ready! Garnish it with some freshly chopped coriander leaves.
