Here are just some of the shows you can look forward to when we’re together again. First up is the cult classic musical, The Rocky Horror Show. Actor, presenter and Strictly Come Dancing winner, Ore Oduba*, will take to the stage as Brad Majors in Richard O’Brien’s legendary rock ‘n’ roll musical. Reopening The Orchard Theatre from Tue 31 August – Fri 3 September 2021.

*Please note Ore Oduba will not be performing on Friday.

Samantha Womack and Cameron Blakely will revive their much loved roles as Morticia and Gomez Addams in the hit show The Addams Family. Join us plus Uncle Fester, Lurch, Pugsley and more for a heart-warming story of love, family and friendship, with a twist, from Tue 7 - Sat 11 September 2021.

Well, this show is automatic, it’s systematic, it’s hydromatic. Why it’s Grease! The world’s best-loved musical is back! Starring very special guest artist – Peter Andre* as Teen Angel and Vince Fontaine – reignite your passion and get ready for an explosion of summer loving. Arriving at the theatre from Mon 13 – 18 September 2021.

* Please note Peter Andre will not be performing on Saturday.

Mischief’s multi award-winning international smash hit comedy The Play That Goes Wrong is returning to Dartford, following its previous sell-out successes. Don’t miss this brilliantly funny comedy that’s guaranteed to leave you aching with laughter! Coming to The Orchard Theatre from Tue 21 - Sun 26 September 2021.

Step inside Matthew Bourne’s The Midnight Bell, a tavern where one particular lonely-hearts club gather to play out their lovelorn affairs of the heart; bitter comedies of longing, frustration, betrayal and redemption. This is a dance theatre event not to be missed. Visit the tavern from Mon 27 - Wed 29 September 2021.

In line with the ending of government restrictions in July, The Orchard Theatre will be reopening for shows at full capacity from August 31st, beginning with The Rocky Horror Show, starring Strictly Come Dancing winner, Ore Oduba. Following 18 months of uncertainty and change for theatres and hospitality, we have remained committed to audiences returning as soon as we were able, to experience live theatre and performance at The Orchard Theatre that is renewed, improved and has your safety as our number one priority. There may be a few changes to the way we operate but one thing that remains is that we are here to bring joy to everyone who walks through our doors.

The Addams Family - Tue 7 - Sat 11 September 2021

Everyone’s favourite kooky family are now on stage in this spectacular musical comedy from the writers of multi award-winning hit musical JERSEY BOYS, with music and lyrics by TONY AWARD nominated Andrew Lippa. Samantha Womack and Cameron Blakely will revive their much loved roles as Morticia and Gomez Addams, based on the characters created by Charles Addams. Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, is all grown up and has a shocking secret that only Gomez knows. She’s fallen in love with a sweet young man from a respectable family. With his cherished Morticia in the dark will Gomez manage to keep his daughter’s secret until the two families meet for a fateful dinner with hilarious consequences?
