Produzione mascherine made in Italy e certificata

n IDM, produttore di macchine e impianti di automazione, prevalentemente in ambito cosmetico, e TexNow, la realtà nata di recente da un’idea di NastriTex Lab per lo studio e la realizzazione di tessuti e altri materiali certificati per la protezione delle persone, hanno deciso di collaborare con l’obiettivo di fornire alle aziende gli strumenti indispensabili alla realizzazione di mascherine di protezione interamente Made In Italy. IDM, con la realizzazione della linea MDR-50, completamente automatica, per la produzione e il confezionamento delle mascherine, mette a disposizione la tecnologia necessaria, mentre TexNow offre materiali conformi agli standard richiesti per citotossicità, biocompatibilità, sensibilizzazione cutanea, respirabilità ed efficienza di filtrazione batterica. La realizzazione di mascherine chirurgiche è concreta e torna ad essere un processo tutto italiano, efficiente e certificato.

Pompe turbomolecolari TURBOVAC

i / iX in due nuove dimensioni

n Lo specialista del vuoto Leybold amplia la serie TURBOVAC i / iX con le dimensioni 850 i / iX e 950 i / iX, che si aggiungono agli altri modelli della serie (90, 250, 350 e 450). Le due varianti offrono migliori prestazioni nella creazione del vuoto in termini di velocità di pompaggio, valori di compressione, minori costi di servizio, funzionamento semplice e intuitivo. In alcune applicazioni, l’integrazione dei modelli 850 i / iX e 950 consente anche una significativa riduzione del numero di pompe e quindi dei costi totali del ciclo di vita. Sono utilizzati in molte applicazioni di ricerca, sviluppo e analisi a industriale, ovunque sia richiesto un vuoto pulito e stabile ad alto e altissimo - come nel rivestimento, trattamento termico, analisi, film sottile ricerca e recupero dell’elio.

Per promuovere le vendite nel mercato industriale e dei rivestimenti, EthernetIP, EtherCAT e le opzioni di Profinet Anybus sono stato aggiunti ai moduli di comunicazione già esistenti, Profibus, RS232 e RS485. Tutti i modelli sono tutti disponibili come versioni IP54. EthernetIP, EtherCAT e i moduli Profinet hanno un web server integrato.

n Innovia Films lancia Rayoface™ mBoss, film BOPP progettato per offrire prestazioni di goffratura a lunga durata. Grazie all’eccezionale stabilità dimensionale, il film di 130 micron garantisce alta efficienza nei processi di etichettatura e converting. Rayoface mBoss™ ha un alto livello di opacità anche quando umido, ed è adatto per l’uso con un’ampia gamma di inchiostri e lamine, nonché vernici testurizzate. IDM, with the creation of the fully automatic MDR-50 line, for the production and packaging of the masks, provides the necessary technology, while TexNow offers materials compliant with the standards required in terms of cytotoxicity, biocompatibility, skin sensitization, breathability and efficiency of bacterial filtration. TURBOVAC i / iX turbomolecular pumps in two new sizes

The vacuum specialist Leybold has expanded its TURBOVAC i/iX series - 90, 250, 350 and 450 - by the sizes 850 i/iX and 950 i/iX to six models. The new members of the TURBOVAC i/iX family provide significantly improved vacuum performance in a wide range of applications. Especially due to the expansion of the family in the direction of higher pumping speeds and compression values, lower service costs and simple, intuitive operation. In some applications, the integration of the new 850 i/iX and 950 i/iX models will even lead to a significant reduction in the number of pumps and thus in the total life cycle costs They are used in many applications from research and development and analytics to industrial.
