With countless “remodeling made easy” projects under his belt, Bowie is well-experienced in what is popular in the world of bathrooms. For example, in recent years, he’s noticed that groutless, easyto-clean shower walls made of simulated stone or tile are quite trendy. “Some of the new rain and multi-function shower heads are becoming more popular,” he adds.

At the Real Home Show, Beautiful Baths will be showing some of their “simulated bath tile wall patterns and some of the more popular colours (such as ‘Silver White Marble’), as well as some simulated granite bathtub wall surrounds.”
While at the booth, you should ask about their free in-home consultations for discussing your potential bathroom renovation.
“For a lot of homeowners, the bathroom has become an important room not just because of its use or functionality, but now a lot of homeowners are looking at the aesthetics of the room,” says Bowie. “They want something that meets both the visual and practical senses, and sometimes this also ties into resale down the road, as what they do adds value.”
