Sample Market Scenario Today’s market responds to music repeated on the airwaves. When a new tune is released, it is accompanied by a mass distribution strategy including marketing plans aimed at the customer. Once released, the marketing strategy includes publicity tours at top producing radio stations, meet and greet events at local retailers along with media blasts via email/ website. Promotional opportunities also include Television, and newspaper interviews. Putting the artist in front of as many people as possible allows the “relationship” between listener and singer to develop. Dave has already developed this type of “relationship” between his fans and him. He is constantly in front of thousands of people on a daily basis. He has been featured on many radio stations, Television Shows, Newspaper articles, and his Web presence is most exemplary. All this has been accomplished without a major national project. He is constantly asked by fans, and radio stations alike, “When are you going to release a Major CD, and when are we going to see you on CMT”? It is this type of “relationship” that has allowed Dave to be successful and maintain constant bookings and sales of merchandise bearing the “DAVE RUSSELL” logo. Strategic Alliances Dave has entered into a Production Agreement with Jerry Cupit, President of Cupit Records, to produce and develop his national Project. Jerry Cupit is a veteran producer with over 25 years of experience under his belt. This is very evident in his projects with artists such as Ken Mellons, Orion, Jack Robertson, George Jones, John Anderson, as well as early sessions with Tim McGraw, Rebecca Lynn Howard and Lonestar. He has also worked on several movie soundtracks such as the Tarantino film, "Blood Money". Jerry Cupit's talent has received several accolades including the BMI Millionaire Award for the song "Jukebox Junkie", and The Tennessee Songwriter Prestigious Hallman Award. His combination of producing and songwriting skills spawned the #1 Christian Country song in the year 2000 called "What If He's Right". Cupit Music has had over 100 songs recorded by such artists as Dierks Bentley, Hank Williams Jr, The Bama Band, Ken Melons, Mark Chesnutt, Billy Yates, Tony Stampley, Orion, Clinton Gregory, Memarie, Kevin Sharp, and more. Cupit Music Group is in the process of building a new 7500 square foot state of the art facility just off I-40 (Music City highway) in Nashville, (the first “Totally Dedicated, From the Ground Up” studio construction project in “Music City” in over 15 years). This Studio is nearing completion and Dave will be one of the first to record in the facility. Once completed the process is to determine the best process for distribution and marketing. The initial investment of procuring all assets needed for recording, (musicians, cartage, insurance, song rights, recording engineers, and studio time needed) is being handled by my organization. Something that I feel very proud of as most artists’ starting out cannot commit those kind of resources. I will then seek investment to produce, if required, the initial distribution and marketing plans. This is the most important of all the steps to ensure success. As “Break 3

Competition It’s no secret that competition is fierce in this industry. There are literally thousands of artists who fail in their attempt for success, even though they have great vocal talent. While there are many reasons and even some excuses given for failure, We believe people experience the energy and excitement of Dave’s shows. He practices diligently to be the total package of fun, high energy, accessibility and relatable. When people see his shows, they walk away saying how much fun they had and cannot wait to see his show again. When you have this type of drive and reaction from fans, we know that what sets Dave apart from the competition is opportunity. Company Milestones From the beginning, Dave has kept true to his core beliefs that have guided my career thus far. He was submitted for an audition on the nationally popular Star Search show and was selected to participate in the talent contest. He won two championships on the show. From there, He headed for Opryland and gained insight into the business side of the industry while still working on his performances. Along with his band, he is currently booked year after year in California, Oregon, Arizona, and Nevada. Performing at Harrah’s in Reno, NV to the music festival in Folsom, CA in front of an estimated audience of Three to Four thousand has positioned Dave as one of the most sought after country/rock bands in our market. To date, Dave has invested over $_250,000.00 of his own money and is following the aforementioned strategies. Dave has surrounded himself with professional musicians with impressive bios that have prepared them to carry out their performance strategies. A significant milestone occurred in 2007 with the establishment of a partnership relationship with FM 101.9 the Wolf. Along with strategic alliances with Radio Stations, like KATM 103.3, in Modesto, who even sponsors a “CRUISE with DAVE RUSSELL”. Financial Expectations Dave expects to gross $100,000.00 in 2008 at his current level without a new CD. With the investment capital, he expects to develop, produce, market and distribute to reach his financial goals (see Proforma spreadsheet attached.)
