LUXURY CONDO/TOWNHOMES are few but not far between in Jackson Hole, and all but 12 are located in Teton Village. Currently, 152 units qualify for the Jackson Hole Luxury Report with values of $5+ million.

In 2022, the number of luxury condo/townhome sales were up 50% from 2021 with a total of 15 sales, and the dollar volume increased 68% to $104 million. Of the 15 sales, one was in Tram Tower, two in Four Seasons, one in Snake River Lodge & Spa, three in Granite Ridge, four in Shooting Star, and four in the Town of Jackson.

The breakdown is as follows: 38 units in the Four Seasons Hotel; all 21 Granite Ridge Lodges; 73 units in Shooting Star (Lodges or Cabins); two in Snake River Lodge & Spa; four in Crystal Springs Lodge; two in the Tram Towers; and 12 in the Town of Jackson.

Josie moved to Jackson Hole 18 years ago after spending a single summer being mesmerized by the stunning beauty of this small Western town. She grew up in Lookout Mountain, Georgia with a deep love of home, family, community, and lasting relationships. After graduating from the Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Josie went on to the University of Georgia where she studied Studio Art.
