Mixed use development, Carrickmacross, Development of a prototypical design for 36 apartment units to be located in the air rights over a proposed low cost retailer. Green 19, Camden Street, Dublin 2, Conversion and refurbishment of an existing mid terrace building to create a vibrant new cafe and office headquarters on the upper floors. Mixed Use Development, Ardee Road Dundalk, Mixed use development incorporating 250 apartments with retail and live work units incorporated into two protected structures. Apartment Development, Carrickmacross, A mixed use retail/residential development with 36 apartments and live work units over a mixed use retail building. Apartment Development, East Wall Road, Dublin, Proposed development of 75 apartments with ground floor live work units on a brown field site in central Dublin. Boland’s Mills, Dublin 2, The proposal for this strategically and historically important site focuses on opening the ground level of the site to encourage as much public access as possible to the new squares and plazas central to this development. The mixed use development included approximately 35,000 square meters of accommodation over 15 floors. Ringsend Community Centre, Dublin, Proposal for a new custom designed community facility in Ringsend. The proposed development will include a large mixed use hall suitable for a wide variety of indoor sports, a large community crèche, youth training facilities and other associated community amenities in a state of the art development of approximately 3,000 square meters. Gerard Crowe joined the practice after graduating with honours, from University College Dublin in 2005. Gerard has gained a variety of experience working abroad, as well as in Ireland, with historic buildings and very large projects such as the Dundrum Shopping Centre. Gerard is competent with a number of computer programs including AutoCAD and Photoshop

Keith joined BCDH Architects in 1997 after graduation from the School of Architecture at University College Dublin. Keith has worked as project architect on a variety of commisions and is familiar with a number of CAD and design packages. Keith is a full member of the RIAI.
James Slattery BSc(Arch) B. Arch NUI
Vincent graduated from Waterford DIT in 1998 as an architectural technician and has assisted the office since August 2002. Vincent is proficient not only in Autocad, but also in 3D Studio Max and Microstation.
Patricia Brandon Patricia has worked with the office since spring 2001, and has put in place office management and cost control procedures relating to ISO 9001.
James has acted as a key project assistant at BCDH since graduation from the School of Architecture at University College Dublin in 2001. James is an associate member of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland. James is proficient in AutoCAD Release 2000 and Microstation V8.
Michael Hennessey Diploma in CAD, Higher Cert Construction Tech.
Michael joined the practice in 2000 having qualified with a Diploma in AutoCAD in Computer Aided Design from Dun Laoghaire College of Further Education. Michael also studied in DIT Bolton Street for 3 years receiving a Higher Certificate in Construction Technology in 2005.

Gerard Crowe joined the practice after graduating with honours, from University College Dublin in 2005. Gerard has gained a variety of experience working abroad, as well as in Ireland, with historic buildings and very large projects such as the Dundrum Shopping Centre. Gerard is Competent with a number of computer programs including AutoCAD and Photoshop.

Massimo graduated from the School of Architecture at university La Sapienza Rome in 2003. Massimo is Proficient in AutoCAD Release 2006 and Rhinoceros 3D, Sketchup, Photoshop & 3D Studio Max 8.
