Mixed Use Development, Enniskerry This proposal is for a sympathetic design which maximises the potential for a mixed use development, including retail, residential and a cafe, on the last undeveloped site in the centre of the village of Enniskerry, County Wicklow. The form of the building complex allows for the creation of a new public pedestrian plazza off the existing village square which is dominated by vehicular tourist traffic. Decisions on materials, design language and massing were made with the historic context in mind, allowing a modern for a modern twist, resulting in a proposal which sits comfortably within its context.
