ATHLETICS Division I Member of DAC Highland School is a Division I member

of the Delaney Athletic Conference (DAC). We offer 20 Varsity, four Junior Varsity,

and 19 Middle School teams. Our facilities include a synthetic turf field, two Bermuda game fields, baseball and softball fields, two gymnasiums, weight and training rooms and four tennis courts.

FINE AND PERFORMING ARTS Highland School provides opportunities for students across all divisions to participate in theater, music and visual arts. Our facilities include the Highland Center for the Arts, which is home to the 355-seat Rice Theater, the 60-seat Lise Hicklin Black Box Theater, an Art Gallery, 2-D and 3-D art rooms, a music/film tech lab, music rooms, and a theater shop. The Highland Center for the Arts is also home to the Piedmont Symphony Orchestra. Two major Upper School productions are performed each year as well as plays and performances by Middle School and Lower School classes.
