How to collect your membership
Lost your card?
The direct payment plan is a convenient and affordable way to pay your membership. It offers you two payment options (see below) deducted directly from your nominated VISA or MasterCard.
• Please note that monthly fees include an administration charge of 50 cents.
Membership packs will be sent to the address on your application form at a cost of $10 per pack for postage. Alternatively, you can collect your membership at the Melbourne Heart Family Day and on match days free of charge.
If you lose your membership card, you’ll need to call 1300 255 432 and order a replacement. There’s a card replacement fee of $20.
Please note that membership applications and a successful payment must be received at least five full working days prior to collection.
You’ll only be able to upgrade to a reserved seat through Ticketek at www.ticketek.com.au. This requires you to pay the associated ticketing charges for each match you wish to upgrade.
To activate your direct payment plan, simply select your preferred payment option when completing your membership application or purchasing online. You’ll never have to fill out paperwork again to renew your membership – it’ll simply roll over on 5th August each year.
1. Monthly payment option 11 monthly payments for each membership year. Your monthly payment is your total membership fee divided by 11 (a $0.50 administrative fee will be deducted on the 5th of each month along with the monthly payment). Payments commence on the 5th August each year from a valid credit card. Payments commencing after 5th August will have a catch-up payment to bring monthly payments up-to-date.
2. Annual payment option When you become a Heart member, you can opt to pay one lump sum. Payment will then be taken out on 5th August each year that you’re a member.
• If your financial institution rejects a payment, Melbourne Heart will charge a fee of $15 to you to cover the cost of administration. • If your payment is refused, your membership will be suspended and you will not be able to access AAMI Park with your membership card. We’ll notify you of a rejected payment via SMS and email. You’ll then need to contact 1300 255 432 to arrange payment and ensure you can access future matches. • If you change your account details, or your expiry date is approaching, please contact Member Services to ensure card details are recorded correctly.
In the event you order your membership within five working days of a match, you will be emailed a receipted barcode to scan at the game. This will be valid for one game only (your membership card should be used after that).
Types of concession The following are considered proof of concession for memberships: • Current Pension Card (aged, single parent or disability)
If you purchase the country membership package, you’ll be required to nominate your five games at the time of purchase. You can do this by visiting www.ticketek. com.au or by calling 132 849.
