There incentive packages can be tailored to suit any budget or can be redeemed by way of a furnishing voucher. Your purchasers have the flexibility to choose: they can receive a full furniture pack, have a voucher to spend on anything they like from the David Phillips product range, or put it all towards tailor-made window dressings. They are not restricted to the value of the voucher and can top up, not just with David Phillips but also through their exclusive Milc brand. What’s more, all items can be delivered, assembled and installed within hours of the buyer receiving their keys, with packaging removed so the property is ready to move into.

INCENTIVE VOUCHER CUSTOMER JOURNEY 1. A dedicated Design Consultant will be main point of contact from point of voucher being issued. 2. Initial telephone consultation to discuss services that are suitable and available - to include individual items from our online shop, furniture packages bespoke to their unit, interior design services, and a wide range of window treatment options. 3. Client will have a choice of; selecting products via the David Phillips website, placing orders with their call centre, and visiting their Central London showroom to meet with a dedicated design consultant 4. WINDOW TREATMENTS David Phillips can supply, install and fit a wide selection of custom-made window treatments to match your clients specifications - simply request a site survey and there team will measure everything for them on site and install with 48 hours of completion. David Phillips made to measure curtains, roller blinds and venetians can be produced in a range of fabrics and finishes and include a choice of heading, interlining, and blackout lining options, along with a wide choice of tracks and poles.

REPLENISHMENT Once a property is up and running, David Phillips replenishment service supports your buyers whether they are an overseas investor, a UK investor or an owner occupier in maintaining their home in tip-top condition. They hold over 3,000 items of furniture, mattresses, appliances and accessories in stock and ready to be delivered the next working day within Greater London (within the M25 and selected locations just outside), Greater Manchester, Liverpool and selected locations in the north of England. FURNISHING INDEX Independent research commissioned by David Phillips identifies that landlords have missed out on over £300 million in rental income in 2017 by not furnishing when they should have. The David Phillips Furnished Index Calculator is a letting agent’s guide for furnishing a rental property. Along with a recommendation of whether to furnish or not, it will reveal the furnished rate and average rental premium achieved, along with an indication of the payback period for furnishing and the likely return on investment. It will also help clients to furnish the property appropriately for the target market and attract the right tenants. They have analysed data from nearly 400,000 property records to create an online tool that tells agents the average rental premium achieved by furnishing a property for every postcode in the country. 50% of UK flats were let furnished in 2017, along with 32% of rental houses. Furnished flats achieved an average rent premium of 27% over unfurnished flats during the same period, while houses achieved a 15% premium – showing that there are stark benefits to furnishing a rental property.
