About the Artist David Santiago Bonilla was born in the City of San Germán, Puerto Rico. His interest in art was notable since his early childhood. He had published numerous comic strips at the El Nuevo Día newspaper. His earlier drawings are comics that date back to the 1998, with his own comic book series Las Criaturas Animadas. He obtained a curricular sequence in Arts with his BSCE from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez, and 2014 started to take independent courses at the Students’ Art League of San Juan. He is currently a Landscape Architecture graduate student in the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
