THE LOFT

LIVING

The Loft is a brick building built in the 1920s. The building is a former lugguage factory. In 2000, the building was converted to beautiful lofts, with brick interior and industrial beams that lend it its charm.

The Loft consists of one large room, with built-out lofted areas for sleeping and hanging out. This is a view of the living room, complete with comfortable, elegant couch and armchair.



DINING The dining area is located across from the couch, under an open loft. The dining room table, built from a refurbished bowling alley floor seats eight comfortably.



ENTrance & Kitchen Two bikes are available to you during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring first-class cooking gear.



BAthroom & bedroom The bedroom, located in a lofted room above the kitchen, offers a quiet oasis to escape from the hubbub of New York City. The black-and-white tiled bathroom, featuring shower and toilet, is right off the



AND... Washing machine and dryers are located on our floor. Each cycle costs $1,25 for 30 minutes. WiFi Internet is available.

Connection to Manhattan is available at Smith-9th Street, a few blocks away. The F train reaches Manhattan in 17 minutes. A watertaxi is also available at the end of Van Brunt Street. Taxis to Manhattan cost between $ 25 and $ 30.
