TOGETHER WE’LL CREATE YOUR BLUESPACE
9 Project: Nativo Creative Headquarters Square Footage: 25,000 Location: Los Angeles, CA Furniture: bluespace interiors Interior Design: Michiko Kawakami Nativo’s new corporate headquarters was strategically developed to create a work/eat/play atmosphere that encourages creativity and r elaxation. Located in a Southern California beach community, the design concept, architectural finishes and furniture selections drew inspiration from sunshine, blue sky, ocean waves, open spaces and an active lifestyle. On-site amenities include panoramic views of Los Angeles, a gym, monthly food trucks, a fully-stocked coffee bar and kitchen, height-adjustable workstations, a variety of communal areas, a mother’s room, games and more.

SPACES THAT WELCOME
11
Imagine a space that feels like home. A place where you belong. Choose furniture that welcomes you to relax, while incorporating technology to stay connected. Integrate warm lighting, intriguing artwork and greenery to create a comfortable, immersive experience. Add warm, rich, textured fabrics, paired with residential-inspired finishes, such as area rugs and floor lamps, to set a welcoming tone.

The magic of collaboration and innovation often happens outside of the traditional workstation in informal meeting spaces, flexible hub spaces, at community tables, lounge spaces and spots in b etween. To support this, e mploy a mix of a ccessible media and technology including whiteboards, shareable screens, writable and m agnetic surfaces and panels with seating. These tools foster interaction without disturbing others, while still allowing access to light and a larger space.

SPACES THAT CONNECT

SPACES TO FOCUS
15
Heads down work doesn’t just happen at the workstation. Provide a diversity of settings to regroup, recharge and r efocus by means of reading a lcoves, booth seating, high-back chairs and semi-private hubs that allow for retreat, while maintaining connection to the larger space.
16
Imagine a space that supports both the emotional and physical health of the people within it. Furniture that supports access to light and air, and adjusts to individual preferences, Âprovides a sense of empowerment and well-being. Bring the outdoors in with unobstructed views that are complemented with natural fabrics and finishes. Combine these solutions to work happy.

OUR PROMISE We’re in it for the long term. Relationships drive our business. Whether it’s 10 floors today or 1 chair tomorrow, we p romise to deliver the same level of personal, hands-on service with every interaction we have with you. We’re not looking for just a c ustomer for today, but a partner for tomorrow.
Our Legacy Our story begins in 1984, with our founders Bob and Cindy Mairena, two college students, and their singular vision for a future together - to build a company that serves the needs of the evolving workplace. After graduating from the University of Southern California, they invested everything they had in a startup office supply business. Since then we have grown and evolved into one of the largest distributors of office furniture and related products in Southern California. As we have grown larger and more capable, the entrepreneurial spirit of Bob and Cindy and our pledge to our core values still define our culture. Today more than ever, our company is committed to our responsibilities to our customers, to the development of our family of employees, to being good stewards to our environment, and to giving back to our community. It is these values that define us as we continue to build our business one relationship at a time. We’ve just told you about us. We look forward to learning about your company and goals and to growing with you.
