FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

WHEN WILL THE TRAINING BEGIN AND END? The retreat will begin with dinner on September 16th and ends with breakfast on 11th October 2019.

WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT & IS IT REFUNDABLE? The deposit is $500, and it is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other trainings.

WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO? Option 1: Fly into Delhi, and arrange a connecting flight to Dheradun Airport Option 2: Fly into Mumbai, and arrange a connecting flight to Dheradun Airport

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AND DEPART? Ideally we always reccomend for people to have as many days possible to land and arrive in India to save themselves from jet lag and allow time to acclimatise to the land. It’s always nice to give yourself 1 or 2 days afterwards to explore the area before you depart. Of course this is dependant on what time constraints you have.

HOW DO I GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE ACCOMMODATIONS (and back)? The hotel will arrange a taxi for you at an additional cost ( we reccomend this) Otherwise, you are able to get a taxi from the airport.

WHAT ARE THE ACCOMMODATIONS LIKE? Most rooms will be double occupancy, with the potential to upgrade to singles if rooms remain available. A very limited number of single rooms are available. Please see website for more info on accomodation - Rishikesh Location https://www.onehotels.in/hotel-green-view-location.php

DO I NEED A VISA? Yes. You will need to coordinate your visa in advance of travel. India no longer has a Visa on Arrival system. They have replaced it with an e-Visa system, which is available to travelers from many countries. Details can be found on the Indian e-Tourist Visa website. You can submit your e-visa request 120 days before you travel and it must be done at least 4 days before travel. In other words, if you were arriving India on December 28, the earliest you could get an e-visa is August 30 and the latest is December 24. We highly recommend starting the process on August 30 or in September.
