Alpine Dwelling is an modern answer for young people who wants to live in city centre in high quality flats. Complex of two buildings contains also underground car park, laundry room, fitness, bike room and big common room. Last one mentioned is designed to host parties or meetings witch young inhabitants could intend to organize. With its location in ground floor and silenced walls it provides peaceful existence to other tenants. Alpine Dwelling is also a great combination of tenement and block of flats offering what both typologies have best. It suits old towns architecture and scale and creates inviting patio with greenery open for a street. Buildings unique roof shape proves more light into flats and also for neighbour buildings. With its modern curtain façade it looks fresh and suits changing context of Gosposvetska street. Shape and finish material – aluminium are the reason why is it called Alpine Dwelling. Similarity is well seen from terrace of Nebotićnik. Façade made of movable panels makes easy to control natural lightning and privacy level.

modular kindergarden poznań In search for good temporary solutions to solve problem of lack of kindergarten in Poznań we decided to use containers as construction. First of all the city can quickly buy and erect new buildings and secondly the population of kids rapidly changes in various districts of the city and as we agree that is valuable to have kindergarten in neighbourhood, buildings can be relocated to the districts where they are needed. Modular structure allows to arrange building with 2 till 4 kindergarten units according to actual needs. It is also possible to relocate only 1 or 2 units to the other place. In every possible combination all kindergarten units are exposed to the southern light. Project was developed in cooperation with: Cezary Czemplik, Martyna Konecka, Piotr Maćkiewicz & Filip Wawrzyniak.

moderisation of 70’ house koziegłowy Project contains modernisation of typical one family house at urbanized countryside in Poland. The building was constructed in seventies and now it had to go through complex renovation to make it more energy efficient. There was need to improve elevation divisions because (what was common in People’s Republic period in Poland) house builders relied just a little on the project and there was a lot of changes without any consultation with architect. I used thickness of Styrofoam and colours to introduce new rhythm on the external walls. Sparing use of colour is the response to most of modernisations going on in Poland which far overuse colours.
