Our staff is well trained and knowledgeable about the local businesses and community and only Chamber members are referred. Members’ brochures and business cards may be displayed in the
highly trafficked Chamber lobby. The Office of Tourism Development, located within the Welcome Center, partners to promote all attractions in Dawson County to encourage visitor investment. We invite our members to provide information to be included in the Relocation & New Resident Packets which we distribute to those interested in relocating to Dawson County.
Website – We proudly list our member businesses on our website, dawson.org. Members have the opportunity to post their Events, Hot Deals, Job Postings, and details about their business on our highly visited online directory.
Publicity – We offer opportunities to host Ribbon Cuttings, Grand Openings, and Ground Breaking Ceremonies. New members also receive promotional articles in both of the local newspapers. Communication – Our weekly e-newsletter, Chamber Chatter, provides both our organization and our members the ability to keep membership informed at no charge.
